We were ready to pay any money just to replace the burst pipe on a passenger car, but alas and ah ... we were not on a KAMAZ (or other truck) Is the whole service in Belarus like this?!! They don't have any antifreeze, and they refused to sell us the liquid that can be diluted... and what's the point of having a 24-hour operation if you don't help in a critical situation?!!!
