I checked into the hotel on December 27, spent 6 nights there, including New Year's Eve. I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room's renovation, a nice, clean bathroom with expensive plumbing, always hot water, good quality mattresses, high-quality repairs. The hotel is located by the highway on a slope, on one side the Windows overlook the highway, but good windows muffle the noise of the road, and on the other side - to the courtyard. It's very quiet here. The rooms are warm and cozy. I didn't need a TV, and I didn't need a refrigerator either. Cleaning is really done every day with a change of towels. The food is good, breakfast is included in the price. You won't stay hungry for sure, the Swedish table is organized. I was very well received. This is a family-run hotel with responsive staff and an attentive receptionist who is responsive to all requests.: he is always on the phone and you are communicating with a real person, not with a bot accepting applications. A shuttle service has been organized to the nearest ski lift, which is naturally a plus, since it is not possible to reach it on the motorway in ski boots, although the snowboarders went. On New Year's Eve, a buffet was organized, for an additional fee, since this service was not included in the price of my trip. Since I was traveling alone, I was kindly invited to a shared table with the staff and treated to all the dishes on the table, plus wine and champagne. There was a toastmaster, Georgian songs and a group performance with Georgian dances. Overall, I am very pleased with the staff's attitude towards me, their desire to provide comfortable accommodation and pleasant emotions. The mountains are also pleasing, the slopes are diverse. Six days of skiing and hot mulled wine gave me energy and positivity, and staying at the hotel did not spoil the impression. It can be recommended.

The hotel is cozy. Clear. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Homemade national cuisine. A morning and evening shuttle service to and from the ski lift is included in the price. Help with ordering a taxi. A warm room for storing ski equipment. Polite and friendly staff. Beautiful view of the mountains.

In general, a great place for reasonable money. The cuisine on the menu is very tasty and affordable, there are questions about the buffet - the breakfasts are very monotonous (porridge, omelet or egg, sausages, only once out of 9 days there were pies with cheese and potatoes).
The view is beautiful, the batteries heat up very well (it was very easy to dry anything), there is a separate room-a dryer for gear.
The transfer to the mountain runs once in the morning and once in the evening from the mountain (it can go a couple of times if there are a lot of people, but time is limited).
You need to walk to the mountain for 7-10 minutes, you will not reach it in bots, there is no direct access to the slope / lift, as indicated on the booking. According to the map, you might think that the slope is just around the corner, but there are hills and small rocks between the slope and the hotel - you can't pass, you need to follow the road to the Marco Polo hotel.
Friendly staff, excellent room cleaning daily, checked in much earlier than expected without additional charges.
The Internet leaves much to be desired, but it will do.
Despite the fact that the hotel is located along the road, it is quiet enough, the noise did not interfere, although our windows faced the road.
If you are going to go, keep in mind that there are very few shops in the town, there is a small parking lot within walking distance (in the next building) and a gas station store 10 minutes away. I would advise you to take meals at the hotel, because the choice in the shops is scarce, it is very expensive on the mountain.
In general, looking at the hotels in the neighborhood, I could recommend this hotel. It is cheap, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
