We performed oral sanitation on a kitty with 5 teeth removed. Consequences of leukemia. There was a lot of work and the teeth were quite difficult to remove. The baby was also sterilized. After the operation, they described everything in detail, told us about all the treatments and postoperative recovery. To help the volunteers at this clinic, there is a discount on the sterilization of rescued ponytails. Thank you so much for that! After all, this is an incredible help so that more can be saved! For other procedures, prices are lower than in the city! The oral cavity is sanitized with teeth polishing at the end of the procedure, this is very important! Not all clinics do polishing. Elena Rak's treatment of animals is as affectionate and careful as possible.
She prescribed treatment, explained in detail all the nuances.
The man is a real professional, a huge number of certificates with which the walls are strewn confirm this.
At the entrance, she immediately offered tea, accepted us even 20 minutes before the appointed time.
Prices are very low compared to many clinics. Solid advantages.
I saw comments about the fact that the clinic is located in the "basement", but did you pay attention to the fact that in the same "basements" there are salons, coffee shops, floral shops that are not the cheapest segment?
The main thing is not the location of the clinic, but how well they will help you in it!

they treated the dog's allergy. Irina treated us. She was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis. I prescribed prednisone, which costs 4p, but it needs to be taken constantly. It comes with a prescription, and they should write out a prescription for 15p!
We were at the reception 2 times, the symptoms passed, the pills ran out, we came to the reception to show up, and stipulated that we need to come every six months to show the condition of the dog to take tests. Accordingly, I need prescription pills for six months, actually, since I am at the reception and paying for it, I ask you to write a prescription for this period, to which Irina replied that she would not write it out, that everyone wants to earn money, and you need to go to her at least every month for a prescription for 15 rubles. And also that she refuses to serve me with the wording "look for another clinic"

You need to earn money from new customers!

A comment was left in the book of complaints and suggestions and the impression is completely spoiled!!!
With this approach to customers, you will not work for a long time, you have half of the bad reviews and for a reason, probably you do not draw conclusions! It is likely that bad reviews are truer than good ones!

It is very difficult for me to write this review, because it is about a clinic that we have repeatedly contacted with our pets. The clinic is located right in the house, which was very convenient and, in general, there were no questions about maintenance "before". But the last visit made me rethink everything and share our experience.
When we went to the clinic for the last time, our dog was diagnosed with a diagnosis that was not new to her, based on a previous medical history. The doctor prescribed treatment, adjusted it over time, but unfortunately, it did not bring results. We spent almost a month in daily ivs, injections, force-feeding, and even several hospital stays at the clinic, but our dog's condition only worsened.
When the dog was again faced with a severe attack of vomiting, we were refused admission to the clinic. We had an appointment, but the first thing I did when I went to the clinic was to check on the possibility of leaving her on ivs that day for a couple of hours, but there were no places. And it seems to be OK, there are no places, but the way this answer was given made me remember the doctor's voice for many more years. The doctor was annoyed, her attitude, to put it mildly, was rude. With the words "We won't help you with anything else, I won't take it, go to other clinics," I walked out the door. Personally, this was a completely new experience for me, because we always considered doctors as professionals, and here you are simply turned around with a sick animal in your arms, which were immediately treated for money.
Immediately after this incident, we turned to a larger clinic, where our dog underwent the necessary examinations and was correctly diagnosed, but unfortunately, the time spent could not be returned and after another month the dog died.
I already understand that this clinic does not have the necessary equipment for a complete and high-quality examination of animals, and doctors may not have enough experience to solve complex problems. But why not just let your patients go? Why not send them to a place where they can really help? I blame myself every day and every day I have to see the doors that were closed in front of us. This is the price for inexperience.
My review is not an attempt to condemn the clinic, but rather a warning to pet owners who may find themselves in a similar situation. Trust your intuition if your pet's condition is not improving. We have paid a high price for trusting the prescribed treatment and the words of the clinic staff, and I hope that our experience can serve as a lesson for others.

I sterilized two very beloved cats from the doctors of the clinic Alyona and Irina with a difference of a year: one of my own, the second - my mother's cat. In my opinion, the operations went unnoticed by the cats - in fact, there was no rehabilitation, the cats after they moved away from anesthesia, lived their normal lives, even activity did not decrease, jumped and ran, stitches did not need to be removed, just silver bellies). All questions about the cat's health are resolved promptly, there is always a record, even if it "burns" for me. Everything is competent, extremely tactful and with great love for animals. Every vaccination is in the clinic, everything is always available.

I just have no idea where the positive reviews come from. A disgusting clinic with a shortage of necessary equipment and specialists who cannot even make a correct diagnosis. If you value your pet and do not want a lot of money to be sucked out of you for nothing, and then they also get rude on the road or in response to your honest review, avoid it. Apparently, positive comments are left by employees or their relatives, because I do not know how an adequate person, after visiting this clinic, will raise his hand to write something positive and deceive people. Castrated their two street cats. The operations were without complications, the stitches of both healed without problems. The price for the procedure is the lowest. They weren't rude to me specifically, but after the operation, I didn't pick up the cat and the people who came to pick it up expressed their bad mood. Human thanks precisely for castrating stray cats at a low price. In my experience, this is the first such clinic. The direction of castration at this clinic is good. I recommend this procedure.

The clinic is beyond praise. Here, they worry about animals as if they were their own. Doctor Sinkevich Irina is our savior, not only helped us as much as she could when epilepsy was diagnosed in a dog (a lot of consultations, a lot of useful information, taught us how to live with an epileptic), but she also saved him when he was very badly poisoned. Thanks to her, the crisis has passed and now pesel is returning to normal and has begun to gain lost weight. Both Irina and Elena are great professionals. The most terrible, dishonest clinic ( basement ) without special equipment. Seachala the dog was put into anesthesia then called sumum, if the amount is not satisfied, they just kick out .... on the phone, they voice one amount, I give it to another at the reception. Director Cancer is aimed only at making money, but not at saving your animal in any way. They don 't give you checks , they don 't sign a contract .
