the staff was rude even though we had a big suitcase they put us on the 5th floor (with no elevator) the access card doesn't work properly and had to go up and down the stairs several times just to activate it in the reception there was no hot water in the bathroom of 5th floor, only very cold water

Номера крутые , но некоторые очень мелкие. Души и туалеты на удивление хорошие , без перепадов температур. Расположение хорошее , рядом с вокзалом и метро. На лестнице пахнет не самой свежей шаурмой , и это реально напрягало. Слышимость безумно сильная , об этом писали в прошлых отзывах. Так хостел очень хороший , и мне понравилось
