I originally wanted to give 3 stars, but the lack of feedback led me to 2.
Yesterday we were looking for a car wash to wash two cars. We signed up at the end of the working day. The cars were washed, the price is 100 rubles. Of course, we were blown away by the price tag (we asked for a regular car wash), but let's say. After leaving the car wash, we wiped the doorways dry (one door in my car was completely wet, although it was -8 degrees outside) and found a huge dirty spot on the second car. It was impossible not to notice him during the washing process, hence the conclusion: at the end of the day, the guys decided to cheat, it's still dark, they won't notice. Well, you noticed, but it was too late. At exactly 21:00, we realized what a jamb was on the car, and the sink was already closed.
Bottom line: 1. Yes, you are fools, you need to check everything without leaving the cash register, no one asks for compensation.
2. When clients write to you on Viber, and you ignore them, you lose the client. Learn to communicate.
3. When you charge a job that is much higher than the average for the city, give the result so that it is clear what to pay for. There is no such thing.
4. There is simply no desire to return there at least once or recommend a car wash to friends.

I have been a regular customer of the car wash for the last two years. Today, on 15.02, I decided to wash the car once again (cost 42 rubles. with a nano shampoo in the form of a protective coating). I was horrified when I took the "clean" car. If you write off the dirt remaining on the alloy wheels, on !unwillingness!, the cleaner to bend down and walk and wash with a sponge and foam. The outright dirt that remained in the front and back of the trunk, I just call the lack of any control of the car wash administrator (Mikhail) at work. As a result, I had to spend 1 hour and 20 minutes. in order for the car to be washed again.
From myself-there has never been such a disadvantage before.
Alas, but lately you have to point out shortcomings (dirt, insufficient drying, various stains on disks, etc.). Otherwise, you pay money, and they get impudent at your expense.

They say people end up eating, but they won't be able to wash your car. Lies! Deception! Customer orientation is 0. The quality does not match the price at all.
I used to wash the car myself and only in winter I turn to car washes for convenience.
Unfortunately, there was no suitable time in a familiar place and I turned here.
Mainly because of the location in the parking lot (I wanted to apply my anti-rain and needed a room) + I used to wash the engine here (where they didn't even bother to remove the terminal from the battery and paper tags under the hood).
42 rubles. For washing, drying (with air) mats, blackening seals and wheels.
Total:
1. The mirrors were blown badly, because of this, the stains on the doors,
2. The openings and the trunk had to be wiped repeatedly (somewhere as if they had not been touched),
3. The frill and partially the windshield are not washed (this is in the absence of serious contamination and despite the fact that they were rubbed with a sponge),
4. The plastic of all 4 thresholds is polluted with a blackener,
5. The water in the Eva mats has not been completely cleaned.
It is not clear how people dried better at another sink (mats / drying) without air than here, if there is one...
And yes, instead of the 30-40 minutes indicated in the sail, the car was washed for about 15-20 minutes.
All this is not critical and excusable for 25p, but not for 40p.
