Since its opening, the hotel has become noticeably dilapidated, the rooms require renovation. The staff is courteous, ready to resolve any issues with accommodation, if necessary, change your room. The toilet drain did not work. In addition, the rest was spoiled by an incomprehensible rustle in the room. It looks like a mouse. The girl did not fall asleep after that. However, we haven't seen it with our eyes, we can't say for 100%. However, the residents of the lower floors of this Residential Complex (Taraz) themselveswhere this hotel is located, we witnessed the appearance of these rodents in our apartments.

A solid four. We had a standard 2-bed room with separate beds - just gorgeous!!!
A huge room, everything is very clean and cozy. Maybe a little old-fashioned closet in the hallway, but everything else is cool. The bathroom with shower is clean, white towels, bathrobes, slippers!

I stayed at this hotel when I was on a business trip in February. The staff is very helpful, friendly, everyone always says hello. They give awesome croissants with condensed milk for breakfast! Very nice hotel! Like it!
