Not a bad guest house, we lived for 5 days, the room is clean, everything is in it, the hostess is hospitable, the staff is responsive, you can order dishes from the chef Valentina, cooks well! There is not enough music, difficult entry into the territory and there were power outages.

A nice cozy little hotel with a hospitable hostess. Price-quality ratio! I definitely recommend it! The view from the room on the third floor is mesmerizing! There are many shops and cafes nearby

Good location, 5...7 minutes to the sea.
Very hospitable hosts, the children really liked it.
All rooms have a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom.
There is a shared kitchen. It is possible to order a light breakfast for an additional fee.
Bedding is changed every 3...5 days.

I took a room with a view. The view is really very beautiful to the sea, to the sunsets from the 3rd floor. Two rooms next to each other, a shared highway. The audibility is perfect. If, for example, you don't smoke, then the smoking neighbors will make your life hell. The house is wooden, the room is mediocre. Squashed bedbugs, someone else's hair, someone's toothpaste on the mirror above the sink.. The shower is a weak pressure, considering that there were almost no residents. There is hot water. The air conditioner is located well, does not blow on the bed. The TV is for show, you need a magnifying glass to watch it. I didn't feel any hospitality in the house. I felt that the house was rented out of necessity, not out of love for tourists. There is no kitchen, it is not suitable for those who like to cook by themselves. The curtains on the window are transparent, so the room is very bright at night. The mattress is not comfortable for me personally, I slept badly. The house is behind the railway on a hill, but it is close to the sea. Early access was allowed without additional charges. The host family has children of school and nursery age.
