Nice place, just along the main road. Close to a bread market. Rooms are cosy. Nice and helpful personnel. No super luxurious rooms. Breakfast is 3/5

In February, I was in Samarkand, and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. I can say that I would give the hotel four stars. Clean, cozy, quiet, the room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed every day, I even asked at the reception not to change my linen, but they said that it was their way. Many thanks to Parviz, a responsive, attentive, decent guy. I recommend this hotel to the guests.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Ulugbek Observatory. The hotel meets all its stars. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff speaks and understands Russian. A great hotel, I would recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

The hotel is located right next to the highway, it has its advantages and a lot of disadvantages.
+ the hotel is easy to find
+ the lobby of the hotel has good decoration
+ secure parking is available
+ breakfast is good, food is brought quickly
- in the rooms by the road, the windows let in sound and dust
- there is no heating in the rooms
- the air conditioners are in a faulty condition and rattle like a tractor, barely warm
- the rooms that look inside the courtyard also lack heating and faulty air conditioners.
- the bathrooms are in poor condition

We lived in a deluxe suite in Building B. That's kind of beautiful, in a classic style. But!!!! We really regretted staying at this hotel. The tray was leaking - the staff never fixed it, there were no cups with spoons, no tea and coffee, no kettle, no bottles of water in the room - as in ordinary rooms in other hotels. I had to beg for everything. Breakfast is some kind of nightmare (for a person - one fried egg floating in oil, one "dyed" sausage, a spoonful of sour cottage cheese, two pieces of sausage, cheese and cheese, and patyr, tea, coffee only without milk - the men were definitely hungry and dissatisfied). But the most terrible thing was that right behind the guest house AROUND the CLOCK!!! a weaving workshop is working. And this knocking does not stop day or night - as if a freight train is going right outside the window all the time. The hotel staff deceived us upon check-in that there would be no noise, that they would finish the work in an hour and we, believing, went for a walk around the city, confident that this was really the case.
So I don't recommend it - the service is disgusting, the staff is deceitful and seems to have no work experience at all, noise!!!!! (we couldn't get enough sleep even with the windows closed). Very bad

The rooms are normal, but they put me up with a view of the construction site, well, they knocked on the windows.
The breakfasts are average, there is no porridge. I checked in at night, they didn't give me my passport.I caught myself a day later, I almost missed the train, I was very annoyed by this moment.Clean, the location is good.
