The most important requirement I had was good sound insulation. Believe me, the doors of the grand series do an excellent job. For example: my dog barks loudly. I used to hear her in the elevator, which is separated from the landing by metal doors. And when you stand at the door, it's like that door doesn't exist. I waited for more than a month for the door, and then they called and said that the fittings would not be what they needed and they would put another one that did not suit me. As a result, we refused the door, the prepayment was returned to us, but how... it feels like I borrowed money from them and I'm not giving it back. Managers do not know how to communicate with clients, the contract is generally terrible, not only does it go to the sole proprietor, so they can do the door for you for up to 3 months and if they deliver it with a defect and you refuse to accept, you have to pay them 10% of the cost of the door. The contract has been made for them, but the Buyer has no rights under the contract. They have a lot of complaints in the book of complaints and suggestions. The horror!!! They will never have my foot again and I will advise friends and acquaintances to avoid them!

29 I had to call back myself, because there was no information about our door. The girl said that we would have to wait another week, because our door did not pass through the tonnage.
They are not mandatory to the point of impossibility, because the delivery service travels every day. Why it was necessary to promise and discuss the urgency of the installation is not clear.
Solving your problems with delivery, taking advantage of the interests of your customers, is at least not beautiful, not to mention customer-oriented.
