For more than six months now, the family has been going to this salon for a haircut, excellent craftsmen are working, I especially like Lyudmila - she is very creative, positive, and perfectly fits short haircuts in her performance.
My husband goes to master Alyona for a haircut, he is very pleased.
The receptionists are polite, very nice girls.
There are no problems with recording on the website or by phone. The prices are adequate.
I recommend visiting the salon and we plan to continue using the services ourselves.

I recently discovered this place for myself))! The price/quality ratio is very pleasing. The prices are very adequate. All the staff, starting from the reception, are friendly. Alla (manicure and pedicure master), Valeria and Alyona (coloring and hairstyle masters) are very professional craftsmen. I recommend this salon from the bottom of my heart!

I've been going to this salon for several years. Massage (Eremeeva Svetlana), manicure (Turbai Alla). Today I added coloring and haircut (Urban Svetlana). Everything is at the highest level. Master Nadezhda is a sorceress! We urgently needed a haircut for the performance. They were looking in the Filimonov area. There was 7 hours of time for everything on the weekend. The girls found time 3 hours before the performance. The master did not only a haircut in 2 hours, but also managed to color it smartly + do the styling. This is something unreal! Thank you very much! Now we have a favorite salon nearby) I put 5 stars, there would be an oyenka 10, I would put 10)

I had my tips cut. The hair is long. The haircut was done in 5 minutes (thanks for that), but the hair turned out to be very different lengths. I was also confused by the phrase of the master: "I usually do not cut the tips." For the first time in my life, I want to go fix everything

I'll give you one star. And that's only thanks to the manicure master. He does his job perfectly. But the administrator Angelica is something ..... She tried to blame her mistake on the master. Although I have no complaints about the master. If the price list is not in sight, then the salon staff should warn the client about the cost of the services provided. Or should the client somehow feel it himself? The price for a manicure turned out to be almost 80 rubles! Approximately the administrator declared 47p. And if there was no such amount with you? I don't understand who goes to them.. There were no other customers in the salon besides me.

It's a disgusting place, it feels like you're in the 90s, the only plus is the friendliness of the staff, but that's it!
The first time I went to the nails (gel polish removal, processing and painting), when the master took out pieces of foil and acetone, I was a little taken aback, seriously?? Well, then the peeling of the old gel began, the processing of whatever... I was just in dumb shock, and the cost is not lower than a hardware manicure
The second time I gave a chance to dye my hair ...
I was probably very "lucky", because during the washing of the paint, the hot water was turned off, and the boiler did not heat up yet, as a result, they washed my head with cold water... Painting this way and that, after that I always paint myself at home... And they charged me 100 rubles for that...Female employees are always kind, but these prehistoric methods and exorbitantly inflated prices are shocking!
In other salons, they will give you coffee and turn on the TV series during the procedures and you will pay less... I think the management needs to reconsider its policy a little bit.
