The place is very cozy. The lounge music is good and the servers are polite.
Got a seafood soup. Some calamari were tender (well cooked) others were undercooked, so a bit hard.
The soup itself is bit too dense, tasting like a dipping sauce more than a soup. It is too sweet. They surely add a premade (bought) agro-sweet sauce.
Maybe they should care more about the actual food than the time the food is served or the interior, since you go to a restaurant to eat, not to look around at the furniture.
I ate it because I don’t like to waste food, but wasn’t very pleased

The place is cozy. The restaurant is located in a shopping mall which is kind of easy to find. First of all, we had waited very long time to place order and also waited too long to get our foods served. The foods were below expectation. the sweet and sour pork was too hard to bite. It seems like it was overcooked or simply leftover from the day before?? I'm afraid someone false tooth might have broken after bite)) I don't remember another dishes name , but it was full of flour instead of meat. We lived in China for 3 years before. What I can say is, I would not visit anymore as the experiences wasn't pleasant and the foods are not taste well too.

There were two times. The first time in September 2022, the second time in September 2024. The first and second times were delicious. It is convenient that you can choose the portion size. The cocktail was just great. Without alcohol and with such a bright taste. The battered chicken is great and so are the vegetables. I recommend everyone to try it. The first time there were fewer people and somehow more comfortable, the second time there were a lot of people. The official came and asked how the food was and suggested the menu. It is inconvenient that the toilet is only on the floor, since this is a shopping center, which is understandable.

It's not my first time in this place, I love it very much, wonderful cuisine, and friendly guys. The waiters will always tell you what is best and how to order, advise on portion sizes and take into account all preferences. The establishment has a cozy atmosphere and fairly fast and high-quality service, even during rush hour. I ordered 2 sets, pleased my family with the news that we will have a delicious dinner. However, the order was canceled, without any comments or explanations, apparently there was a mistake, because the price has already been indicated above. but! The order was placed at the previously specified price, this is a hoax. And the most annoying thing is that no one even contacted and explained. In general, the institution does not value its reputation. You should contact the appropriate authorities, apparently, and refrain from visiting the institution in the future. Keep in mind my experience when you place an order)

The quality and taste of the dishes are excellent! We love the food from this rastoran. But the service has gone terribly wrong. We ordered sushi to take away more than 2 hours before the ready time. We arrived on time, but had to wait 25 minutes as the order was not ready. A few days later, we came to the restaurant at lunchtime. They specified how much time it will take to service. We were told 20 minutes. It took 10 minutes from the moment when we were given the menu and made our choice, closed the books with the menu and just sat waiting for the assistant. The waiter never came. Of course, we went to another place. Therefore, if you really like pan-Asian cuisine and you have a lot of time, or iron patience, you can safely go, because the food is really delicious. But if you also want good and fast service, this place is definitely not for you.

I gave this chain another chance and was disappointed, yes, I understand we are spoiled by good cuisine in Moscow, but we pay for it accordingly. I liked the service, the cuisine, unfortunately, is very weak, the Chicken with Indian nuts turned out to be very salty and lacked sharpness, fried funchosa is simply not an edible element in this dish, instead of crunching on it, you can break your teeth. Siake panko bol, a very hard breading, it should be tender and crispy, melting in the mouth when bitten, but here it's just breadcrumbs, besides, they're all different in size, the fish in them is not the first freshness, dry is more like the taste of trout. The Haru Dragon caviar roll is bitter, the avocado was good, the sourness of the mango is refreshing, there is very little filling inside, the roll is casually molded.
The feed rate is average, but for such a quality of rolls it's a long time.

We love gan bei, we have been coming there for family holidays for several years, everything was always great, BUT ... on September 22, my husband had a birthday, because we were with the children, we decided to choose the Palazzo (the presence of a children's area), but the service of the waiter Daria left a very unpleasant aftertaste!...At first, we asked 4 times to bring pencils to the children (they were brought only with hot), dirty glasses were not cleaned even when the following dishes were brought ... when we booked a table, we were told that there would be a discount and a sweet compliment ... as a result, the waitress was not satisfied with the passport photo at first, her husband followed him into the car, and when he brought She asked, "Would you like a cake? Or I can put it with you, but I guess it won't be easy!? Or do you want to?" We were already upset and felt awkward! She added that she would just have to wait 10 minutes, which is supposedly a high workload (weekday, there were enough empty seats, and only one table was occupied on the terrace at all!)... the children said they would wait because they wanted fireworks…As a result, she left, and after 2 minutes she takes out the cake! She said a few words of congratulations and ran away, and the dirty glasses that were standing BEFORE the hot one remained standing even when we left!
For comparison: the other day we were with my husband, a small child and my girlfriend in Green City... the waiter was just as polite as possible! He came up and asked if we were delicious, if everything was fine…I even asked how the little lady liked meatball soup.…It was very nice) I answered my girlfriend's questions about the dishes, and helped my husband make a choice! We had a very good and pleasant evening! In green city, the service is always on top!

It was not possible to try the kitchen. There is a sign at the entrance, expect to be shown into the hall, . The receptionist walked past us without even saying hello. Ok, we went to look for a table ourselves , the occupancy of the hall was half full , a couple of tables with a reserve , the rest were not cleaned , we found one table as clean as possible , even then we wanted to leave) , but we still decided to sit down and wait for the waiter , by the way they were in no hurry to come up to us , stood in pairs and had a nice conversation They obviously didn 't have a steam . Ofik had to be fished out when they asked for the menu , there was obvious surprise on his face , well , they didn 't really hurry to carry the menu to us . In general, we lost 20 minutes going nowhere , when we left , I noticed that the tables were still not cleaned , maybe they have a special person doing this , who is probably on vacation . We regularly come to the restaurant in Dana Mall (we love only their chefs) On 02/05/25 we were at the restaurant on the occasion of a birthday, our waiter was Marie. Because it was a weekday at around 18 o'clock, the boarding was not complete, the dishes were served very quickly, the children's menu was updated and the child was delicious) In honor of the birthday, there was a delicious dessert from the restaurant. The ordered rolls tasted good, but it felt like they were made by a crooked cook to "leave me alone."
Chinese cuisine: beef in "Sichuan sauce" with one peppercorn on the menu is hellishly spicy. Consider this fact. Chicken with eggplant is absolutely tasteless.
On top of everything else, there is no antiseptic, wet wipes are "out", from the restaurant to the nearest toilet (the dirtiest in Dan), as to Chukotka.
Wasted time and money .

A diner with a premium snack bar. THE WORST PLACE. It tastes better in the shawarma room. They waited 10 minutes to sit at the table, supposedly they don't sit at dirty tables, although there were several clean ones. The soups were waiting for 30 minutes! Despite the fact that I had 2 shrimps and 2 pieces of mushroom in that pit. It cost 36 rubles, a small portion. It was very spicy, I regularly eat tom yama and it's too much. When I asked to add milk, they said that only for an extra.payment. OK, I paid for it, but it didn't get much better. It's already a disappointment. My sister's soup is a similar story. There is no toilet in the establishment. The rolls waited 45 minutes. Although the waiter said that the wait is around 30 minutes, +- 10. The rolls are just terrible, I didn't even try them. Bring clothes of different sizes, one was collapsed and covered with another 🤡 Cook, are you kidding me? I am attaching a photo of this beauty. The rolls were removed from my account. The waiter just apologized, and I didn't get any compliments from the restaurant. I spent an hour of my life and 70 rubles on this attraction, leaving me in a terrible mood.

I really loved this restaurant at the time.
The last time I was in it was on 10/26/2024 and I was extremely surprised.
The receptionist made a remark to me that I did not close the wardrobe door after myself.
Firstly, before using it, the door was already open and I left the state that was in front of me.
Secondly, a restaurant of this level should have a service that provides for closing the wardrobe doors after the guests.
I am sure that the business owners assume this, it is a pity that the individual staff does not understand this.

On 11.12.2024 we visited the Gan Bei restaurant (Dana Mall). There was no one at the entrance. We waited for 3 minutes, after which the hostess appeared, apologized for waiting and offered to hang our outerwear in the closet and choose a table. When I chose a table, the restaurant employee said that this table was not ready yet and it was better to choose the next one. There were chopsticks and napkins on the table, I understand that it was simply not wiped after previous customers. And we said that we would like to sit there. The employee clearly didn't like it, but she didn't say anything else, just put the menu on the table and left. After a couple of minutes, she came back and started wiping the table. Although "wipe" is not the right word, she just brushed the crumbs off the table onto MY LAP with a rag and left just as safely. After that, she went back to the table and replaced the napkins. I thanked her. She, in turn, pretended that we weren't there, and with the same stony face turned around and left. Apparently, it wasn't enough to sweep away the crumbs, it was also necessary to make it clear that the client was wrong and had to choose another table. If wiping the table is such a problem, we could simply say that they couldn't put us at it and either we would have to wait for it to be prepared (and we would wait), or choose another one (and we would choose if it was voiced after we said that we would like to sit at it). I probably should have just gotten up and left, but I didn't want to spoil the evening even more. My friend and I initially agreed that we would have dinner here. She had never been to Gan Bei before, but I visit quite often and persuaded her to sit here myself, as I like the menu and there have never been any problems with the service. By the way, the waiter was polite, the food was delicious (hopefully without additional ingredients)), but after such an inappropriate reaction, I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon. I understand everything, clients can be different too, but sometimes it's enough just to say the words through your mouth instead of behaving that way.

It was a disgusting experience in this restaurant (if you can call it that).
The service is OK, but the food was terrible!
I ordered udon with shrimps and Peking cabbage, they brought some kind of mess: the noodles were not udon, the shrimps were bland, the sauce was kind of tomato, it felt like they just warmed up a 3-day-old dish, the serving was also terrible, they just piled everything on a plate and took it out.
Tom yam with shrimps was also ordered, it was just a broth with 3 shrimps in a small plate. And this soup cost 1000 rubles, just a nightmare. In normal restaurants, tom yam is served at least with rice or noodles, but here it was necessary to order separately.…
She left hungry and upset.
If you consider yourself a restaurant with a low-budget price, then at least try to match it!

My husband and I recently arrived in Belarus and decided to come back......I haven't felt such disappointment for a long time, everything is kind of dirty, first you wait for the menu, then you wait for the waiter, it's like the waiter didn't talk to us, just wrote down the order, didn't even specify anything and went, the food was brought as as if it had cooled down, perhaps they carried it for a long time or warmed it up...no one asked at the end why we didn't finish, it was probably convenient not to ask or we liked it, so as not to respond to our dissatisfaction and not to clean the dishes, which remained standing until we left 😳 there were people sitting next to us who also didn't like everything, not It was difficult to hear, because here the tables are very close to each other.
in general, we had a feeling that there was no leadership, there were employees who now do not know what to do..I don't know how to explain more precisely our sense of what is happening around us. Perhaps you have changed the person who deals with your employees. If so.... fire him and take back the one who was before, because this is a DISASTER. I don't know if we'll be ready to give this place a chance again.

The mushrooms were raw, there was no broth, just water. Hot sushi is nothing to worry about! They don't pull sushi from a restaurant at all, so from some kind of eatery, yes.
The waiters are great, everything is fast, high-quality, polite, neat, there are no complaints about them.
