We visited the Garage several times, and the impressions were mixed. Unfortunately, there is no stability in the quality of service and food here. There were times when everything was quite decent: polite staff, fast service and delicious dishes. But, alas, the opposite has also happened.
Sometimes you had to wait too long for an order, the waiters were inattentive, and the food left much to be desired. I can't say that all the dishes are bad, but there is definitely a lack of stability in the recipe and the quality of the ingredients.
Having visited many catering establishments, I must admit that Garage, unfortunately, occupies one of the last places in my personal rating in terms of price, quality of food and service. I would like the management to pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve the level of service and the quality of the dishes offered.

I visited this place yesterday. What I want to say is... if you want to eat, it's better to just make a delivery.

1) The waiting time is sooooo long, considering that the boarding was not complete (there were about 6-7 tables for the entire establishment).
2) I ordered borscht and pasta with brisket... the borscht arrived cold. You tell me that you could have asked the waiter to warm it up, and I'll tell you that after the dishes were served, the waitress disappeared from the hall. Other waiters were running around in another area of the hall, and in order for me to call them over, I would have to go to them there, which I did not do because it's their job to serve the guests, not mine to run around looking for a waiter. As for pasta with brisket, it's not pasta, it's unleavened boiled pasta with brisket. The cheese is incomprehensible, in chunks of some kind, most likely it was cut off, something from dairy products from which the sauce was made.
3) I've already mentioned it a bit. The waiters. I don't even know the name of the girl who served me. There is no badge, the uniform is strange, without an apron, just wearing a T-shirt. If she was in the audience, she was standing next to the guests on the phone. Maybe this is the norm for this establishment, but it's unlikely that guests like to look at such an attitude to work. I couldn't ask for the borscht to be warmed up, as it had disappeared. I finished my meal and wanted to be discharged. I think it's not hard to guess that I was just sitting there for 10 minutes and waiting for at least someone to come up and dismiss me.
4) The thing for leaving a cash payment is like a mousetrap. Well, it's just uncomfortable. Make a box., at least a small thing like putting and taking away (I don't want to leave even a penny of tea here). What are these money clothespins?
