It's a very nice place, and my family and I often come here. It's always delicious, simple and affordable, and there's also the opportunity to spend time with the kids. Kids will definitely like it here — a soft maze with a trampoline, so you don't have to worry about their entertainment while adults enjoy pizza. The friendly staff is always ready to tell us what to order and do everything to make us feel comfortable. The fast service and pleasant atmosphere are also a plus.
The only thing that was missing a bit was if they had added a Scandinavian shrimp cake, it would have been perfect! But even without it, the pizza is, as always, delicious and with excellent dough. We usually come here for lunches, dinners, and even for birthdays — we order a few pizzas and everyone is happy. I recommend this place! 10 out of 10!

I'm telling you. It is always delicious, simple and affordable. We celebrate birthdays with relatives here, and we just go in for dinner, or grab a couple of pizzas on Tuesday for the promotion. The staff is always friendly. An excellent soft lab with a trampoline is organized right in the cafe for children, which means that you can spend time here with the whole family. I put 10 out of 10, the institution has never failed.

The staff is helpful, the pizza is delicious, soft sofas. That's the only reason there are three stars. If you are going to a meeting, it is better to choose another place, a lot of people just sit and do not order anything, or order one pizza for four, or one cocktail for two and sit for hours. Overall, the overall rating is very poor, the service is bottom, the bar is bottom.
I would really like the administration to adjust the work of the staff and the bar. The best place to start is to ban the waiters from running around the room and creating a fuss and the appearance of work. There is constant chaos in the maze, a small child can be trampled there by adult children who do not understand the rules of behavior in such a place at all. No one is watching this, no one cares. The game maze has weight and age restrictions, which parents should be aware of. The staff, as well as the management, do not care about this. Also, the maze is not safe, adult children (11-13 years old) ran that one tore off half a palm of their skin, says that he came across a protruding screw!

At 18.00 on the pre-holiday day (April 30), it is impossible to get even one coffee without adventures in the form of confusion of the cashier, incorrectly made 2 (!) orders and headphones in two ears of the guy at the bar. Obviously, people are very tired, can we hire more people? Sincerely, Nikolai.
Review update: after the cafe responded with a request to describe the situation in the mail, I did so. I didn't get a response after a few working days. The support service works the same way as the cafe - as it wants.
