We haven't been in the garage for a long time and decided to come in. At the entrance, there were 5 waiters at the bar, who were talking to each other. We wanted to sit near the window, but all the tables were reserved except one. That one table was littered with dirty dishes from previous guests. The landing of the hall was less than half, there were plenty of free waiters, but they were more interested in talking at the bar rather than doing work. With such a small seating area, we were told the waiting time was 40 minutes. They did not order anything, they decided to choose another place. We haven't gone for a long time and probably won't do it anymore.

I don't understand why this is called even more work, Friday lunchtime is 2 people sitting, except for me. An hour has passed since lunch. From the lunch menu, only fish and cabbage soup, okay. For some reason, the dishes from the English menu are also written in the dining room for full price, of course, there is, well, there was a position that was not there. I ordered a bambel, it's just orange juice with syrup, no matter how much I stirred, a huge glass where the coffee was lost. Pancakes with curd cheese and bacon, dry bacon OK, so someone likes it, baked cheese, it was just cottage cheese... To order a job only through a friend, seriously? Do I need to download the app to order something with me from you when I'm already with you?

Good evening, although it was ruined in this place! It is not the cook who is responsible for their dishes, but the technologist-shock! The quality is unsatisfactory! I didn't eat almost half of it! Everything from deep-frying is with a lot of oil! French fries are dry, overcooked! Refused! They offered to make up for the misunderstanding with beer, refused, asked for a glass of juice, they brought it, so it was like freshly boiled compote, very warm! They finished it off! I like the food from the Garage. Dishes are always associated with homemade food. Whenever I want homemade cutlets, mashed potatoes or soup, I go to the garage. I often take pizzas to take away. There are no questions about the kitchen. But waiting time on the spot is hell. I was on Saturday at 6 p.m. and it was sooo long. Moreover, it was also an incomplete landing. It's a long time to wait for the waiters, then wait a long time for the bill. Even the dishes were not cooked for as long as I waited for the order to be accepted, then the bill would be brought and the change would be given. I spent 1.5 hours, although I ate for a total of 15 minutes. And on top of that, there are dirty tables all around from visitors who have long since left
And a separate topic is visitors. Running and screaming children who demolish the institution, men shouting obscenities, women who made a scandal because of the long wait. I understand that the institution is not to blame for this, but all this adds up to the overall impression of visiting the "Garage".
I came to have a quiet dinner and be alone, but I came out with a buzzing head, and I also spent a lot of time. The waiting time would not be so critical if the situation inside was more conducive to eating and being able to sit quietly.
I would go for delicious food more often, but the expectation and the contingent of visitors often force me to make a choice in favor of another restaurant of Belarusian cuisine

We arrived at 8.10, the opening time is indicated from 8.00. There are puddles on the floor, garbage, two cleaners have not even washed half of the hall. The waiter Alexey left the menu and did not come up for 15 minutes. We ordered pizza and tea. The waiter asked about tea, then suddenly "there is no pizza, it will be in half an hour." Why not tell me right away? I order "Caesar salad, medium." The waiter's answer is "we don't have an average, we have XL and M." I say, "M is medium, that is, average."
The waiter - "I don't understand you." That's it, out. They got up and left.

There are two reasons - I can't trust your staff and I don't want to get spit in the coffee or worse - one, I don't believe that something will change - two. If your people behave like this, then they are not afraid of a secret buyer, nor camera control, nor dismissal. So it's better to stay away from your establishment. It's a pity.

Garage Cafe is one of the most cozy and pleasant places in Minsk in its category.
The breakfasts are simply amazing — fresh croissants, omelets with various fillings, fragrant coffee. As well as hearty lunches, very tasty soups and borscht. The prices are very pleasant for Minsk, especially the lunch menu

Pizza order on 30.03.2024 at the time of 20:30. We live across the street and decided to order pizza through the app by a certain time. But we were out of town at that moment and on our way home. We arrived at 20:36 (i.e. 6 minutes have passed after the scheduled time for issuing the order)... the hall is empty (that is, no one orders food)...I give us pizza from a thermos bag (!) ... we paid off (price 28.72 BYN)..let's go and feel that the pizza in the box is not warm! We came home 8 minutes later and started trying. Pizza is cold (!!!) this is despite the fact that we ordered by the time (!!!) and the hall was empty without customers. The dough is excellent, but the filling was "professionally" smeared with a thin layer of cheese and a couple of microscopic pieces of sausage. This is not a pizza, but a pita bread with leftovers from something sliced..... It's a miserable shame, but it's not pizza. Apparently, the staff is not paid and he steals cheese, sausage, etc. and does not report to the client. It's just the BOTTOM! Yes, the pizza was already cold... in short, we will not order more in this hole. There is an Express or Pizza Fox nearby.

Garage on Dzerzhinsky, Almi shopping center. If it were possible to put 0, I would put it. We were on Tuesday, the 1+1 promotion. The pizza is terribly dry, not the dough, but the breadcrumbs. There is little filling, the pizza is clearly overexposed in the oven. A hair was found on the pizza plate. The wait is short, but the hall is terribly stuffy. The waiter got caught incompetent. The toilet is a separate topic: it is very dirty, the stench is unbearable, full trash cans and lack of soap.. I do not recommend visiting this particular point, because in others everything has always been OK.

We went in with a friend, we really love the Garage network, but we were not enthusiastic about this particular institution. We arrived at lunchtime, we were served a lunch menu, but the main menu was given only after our request and only one. There are no complaints about the speed of food delivery, everything was even faster than we expected. The waiter's service was not very good, it felt like they came to a cheap dining room. The interior is certainly interesting, but the management should redo some sofas, they are wiped to the most unpresentable condition.

One of the best restaurants of this chain in terms of design, atmosphere and staff-I have been to different and in different cities, but I like to visit this one most of all.
