A cozy, small, nice hotel. Polite and attentive staff.
The rooms are clean! The floors in the room are carpeted, I walked all day in white socks (not on purpose)... Clean!!! ))
A variety of breakfasts, buffet. Spacious bathroom. All necessary consumables are met.
In the evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we liked the cuisine. I will be happy to return to this hotel!!!

It's a great place. Clean, comfortable beds-slept wonderfully. In the evening, baths and a swimming pool are what you need after a busy day. The breakfast is varied, for every taste. Great breakfasts! Thorough cleaning. The rooms are well equipped - there is everything you need: from shampoo to ear sticks.
They always help at the reception, answer all questions, carry heavy suitcases)

Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. There are good curtains in the room, a spacious bathroom (there is no bathtub, there is a large shower room). Good in-room service. The room is cozy and clean.
Worn towels (torn and stained in places). The carpet in the room is very tired (you can see from the corners that once upon a time there were beautiful and textured drawings on it).
The restaurant is the pain of this hotel. Unknowingly, on the very first evening we went there for dinner, and in total we waited for each (!) dish for more than an hour, they forgot to bring half of the orders at all, and even carried beer from the bar for 30 minutes (they would have carried it longer, but the husband got up and went after him). As it turned out later, the conference was served that day + there were quite a lot of room orders, and the guests in the restaurant were last on the priority list.
When we started ordering food in the rooms, orders began to "arrive" quite quickly, with fervor from the heat. But in my subjective opinion, it's strange to eat in bed and have a one-room room stink of food when you can go down one floor below and eat quietly in a specially designated place with a beautiful view of the mountains! The restaurant itself is really very well decorated, large, bright, with huge windows and a beautiful view. There is a lot of fuss at breakfast, the choice is good, but there is a feeling that some dishes are either from dinner or from yesterday's breakfast. For some reason, there is a terrible shortage of egg dishes (guests quickly snatch them up, and the kitchen does not have time to cook). The eternal shortage of dishes, cups and glasses.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms are clean, there is everything you need - towels, bathrobes and slippers, shampoo, etc.
The service is excellent, the staff is young and polite.
I liked the buffet. We went down for breakfast at 7-8 in the morning, the choice is very large, everything is fresh.
We spent time at the spa with pleasure.
We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful hotel. I am staying here for the second time and I will definitely come again. The rooms are cozy and clean. Friendly staff.
A rich breakfast buffet. The main menu is varied and everything is very tasty. Be careful, the portions are very large!!
The interior of the restaurant itself is outdated, but this does not spoil the impression of staying at the hotel.
And most importantly, the windows of the hotel offer magnificent views of the mountains, which will leave the most vivid memories.

Nice hotel. The breakfasts are chic, the standard set of hotels, plus red, black caviar, sliced, in pita bread, baked vegetables, baked fish, even pilaf, rolls, shrimp, shrimp in batter, desserts of 10 types. Crazy mountain view not only at the time of stay but also in the restaurant. The sauna is heated from the heart. The rooms are washed after the guest with the removal of the bed even, very clean. Everything was fine with the staff, too, I left for 1 day, I didn't pay for the day, even though I left things. I recommend.

A pleasant hotel. The staff is friendly. The view from the window to the mountains is just cool, and I wanted to go there. And one day we climbed the nearest mountain, leaving the hotel and heading straight. Four and a half hours walk and we are at an altitude of 1400 m above sea level. It's not very high, but the whole of Bishkek is like on a balcony. Beauty.

A chic hotel with spacious rooms. There is a huge selection of different dishes and snacks at breakfast, it is not even possible to try everything in a few days. Downstairs there is a wonderful spa with sauna and swimming pool, which is included in the price. It's a little far from the city center, but it overlaps with all the other advantages.

We lived in a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was cleaned regularly, the plumbing is clean. The staff is helpful. The restaurant is round-the-clock. Not very cheap, but khinkali is good. The professionalism of the reception staff is beyond praise. The pool in the SPA is too cold, but the sauna and hammam are without complaints. Not a bad gym for a hotel.

The hotel itself is worth its stars. Staff, rooms, kitchen - everything is on the level. There is relatively clean air in the area of the location, but the location itself.... However, this is already a claim to Bishkek: terrible traffic, endless traffic jams consisting of cars of 40 years of age with smoking engines. Narrow streets for such traffic, it takes a very long and stinky to get to the airport...But the locals are friendly, mutton is space!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel with a mountain view and I really liked it! The view of the mountains was simply amazing, I could enjoy it right from the window of my room. The room was very clean, cozy and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all amenities. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely come back here again!!!

Nice hotel. I always choose a room with a mountain view. The breakfast at the hotel is gorgeous. One of the best buffets I've ever seen! The rooms are no frills, but tasteful, everything you need is there, the cleaning is on top.. There are a lot of staff, polite. The spa in the hotel is small, good, especially the hammam. The hotel is a little far from the center, but this is even a plus, the whole area is quiet, the air is cleaner.

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfasts. The SPA area is a hammam and a Finnish sauna and a 4 by 4 meter swimming pool. The Finnish sauna is actually not Finnish at all, but more like a Russian one, because there is a container of boiling water next to the stones, acrylic creates a high humidity. The rooms are cozy and new, the staff is friendly. We had a family vacation and we liked everything.

The hotel is very nice. Everything is thought out, clean, pleasant. The room was a suite, very large and bright. Mountain view!
But the work of the staff left a negative. I ordered dinner in advance on New Year's Eve. I asked 2 times if it was possible to order to the room in advance at 23:00. I was told I could. They brought it in the end at 19:45. They took it away, brought it at 23:00. They brought compliments and apologized. But dinner was included in the bill 2 times :)
One of the dishes was not brought, although I repeated the order 3!!! Times.
As a result, the bill was corrected, they really apologized and were friendly. But the sediment remained.
Otherwise: just great breakfasts. They even serve rolls, which are very tasty.
The prices in the restaurant are low. The staff is friendly and helpful.
