A wonderful hotel. I stayed in the summer. The main feature is the pool! Which is a rarity and delight for the native and very hot Bukhara.. I swam almost alone in the morning. The interior is also good, the room is packed with everything you need, the breakfasts are excellent - buffet. Be prepared that it will be difficult to find a place here during the season, you need to book in advance. I booked through booking, (it is possible abroad). The best option.

There is a free shuttle service. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The presence of a swimming pool - we chose the hotel because of it. The taxi is cheap, some remoteness did not interfere. The room is spacious, the mattresses are comfortable.
I didn't like it:
There are no TV channels, TV apps do not work, except for YouTube. We took a family room - these are two adjacent rooms through the inner door. One has a balcony - the door to it was not locked, the staff was contacted, but the issue was not resolved, and they carried documents and money with them. Similarly with the safes - in both rooms, the safes were closed, the staff promised to send someone who would open, but did not send. Non-hotel guests go to the pool, from the street, in large numbers in the evening. Mostly children bathe in their underwear. For some reason, technical hatches are open in the pool, deep, not fenced. Sauna 300,000 soums per hour. Seriously? We went to the pool twice a day for all three days, no one used it. For the first time we came across that the sauna for residents is paid, and even at such an inadequate price. A very big minus is the restaurant. Glasses and plates are on the lower shelves of the tables with food so that you need to sit down and reach deep into your hand. We ran out of teaspoons at breakfast - sorry, we ran out of the waiter's answer. Breakfast is a little meager, there is no variety, but you will not leave hungry. We came to dinner - the menu is meager, some friends come, the waiters fraternize with them, they can just sit down and sit at the table, talk on the phone or hang out in it. There is no ice - I was surprised. In general, the impression of some kind of disorganization, indifference to tourists in the restaurant.

A great new hotel. Prada already requires minor cosmetic repairs in some places, but all the comments are not critical. Comfortable beds and linen change every day. Some rooms do not have air conditioning, only an air conditioning system, which on a hot day will not be enough for some. A large clean swimming pool, a restaurant with reasonable prices and fast food. Special thanks to the staff, there was a misunderstanding with the payment, everything was resolved. The most disgusting hotel that can be of all. The room rate included a swimming pool. Every time we wanted to go for a swim, there was a crowd of people who don't stay at the hotel! These are probably neighbors, their children, and nearby houses. I asked to somehow limit them during our visit, I even offered to pay extra, because the "local" moms who were there sat and condemned, not realizing that we know their language perfectly well! Tajik and Uzbek! I'm tired of catching the glances of hungry men in the pool. Why does everyone go there from the street? Then why do tourists pay for the pool?????We created the most awkward situation that could be!!!!!

Great new hotel! The location is great! 10 minutes by taxi and you are in the very center of Bukhara. Very hearty breakfasts, attentive staff. The children enjoyed splashing in the pool. Perhaps it was the best hotel in Uzbekistan out of the three cities. Everything is at the highest level. Free pick-up at the train station by business class car. The breakfast is super, especially all kinds of cakes, there were so many things that we regret leaving early. On the second day there was an early check-out, they gave out a lunch box, but it was not delicious (old cookies) It was better to guess tickets to get to breakfast. The accommodation also included a swimming pool (comfortable water), access at any time without restrictions and there is a sauna, but a fee of 300,000 amounts and some massages. We found out about this already in the pool, when booking this information we did not find that the sauna is paid. There is a restaurant, you can go to dinner in the evening, the prices are acceptable, everything is delicious. We booked through booking, the amount was appropriate, no extra taxes. Early in the morning, we were also taken to the train station for free. We were satisfied.

We stayed at this hotel on October 4-7, 2024. We chose a hotel with a swimming pool.
The hotel is tall, clean, glassy, modern.
But annoying little things greatly spoil the impression.
When we checked in, we found the absence of toothbrush cups and a socket turned out with meat in the bathroom.
The reception said that now, now, we will fix everything!
The next day we applied again, and again we received promises. As a result, zero.
I don't know if it was only in our room (junior suite, by the way) or in all of them, but all the sounds from the bathroom of the next room came with complete clarity and all the acoustic details. Who, what, when, how much. Grunts, blowing his nose, murmuring and so on. Very, very unpleasant.
The pool is empty, there is no one, not even the staff. The water is cool, the thermometer is 24 degrees, it feels colder. But not fatally. Towels that is, that is not, there is no basket for used ones either, throw them wherever you want.
There are no hooks or hangers in the men's shower, where to put the bathrobes and swimming trunks is up to you. The water goes out badly, fills the entire space of the shower and the dressing room. It's disgusting.
The breakfasts are not outstanding. Several trays with hot dishes, porridge there, chicken, all that. But no inscriptions, no pictures, guess for yourself. Or open each tray and move on to the next one.
There are several types of local pies, both round and square, and such and such, and all cold and also without information about the filling. Cold fatty samsa is not at all as tasty as hot. Or rather, it's not tasty at all.
One of the undeniable advantages is that the hotel provides a free transfer to the airport. But if you leave 10-20 thousand to the driver, he will be happy.
About the city.
The old town is a 25-minute walk away. For lazy people, a taxi in the city will cost 10-30 thousand soums, Yandex works. Bombs, which are everywhere and everywhere, were not used in principle.
I recommend downloading Yandex maps in advance and buying a local SIM card, it will be much easier.
The menu in the restaurants is the same, the price tag may differ twice for the same thing.
If desired, money can be exchanged in stores, with guides, with special money changers. Illegally, of course.

The hotel is very good. New, beautiful, there is a great free indoor pool, 20 meters long. Good breakfasts, there are cooked dishes. The food is definitely 4 stars. Great staff and cleaning, they change everything every day and put 2 liter bottles of water – great. Slippers are also changed. In principle, in Egypt or Turkey, this hotel would have been safely given 5 stars. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, but, however, half of the menu is not available, due to the lack of visitors.
Cons - the hotel is located quite far from the center, by taxi is inexpensive (about 60 rubles) and fast (10 minutes), but it's a long way on foot. This is a new area, which in Moscow would be called "just beyond the MKAD." Construction is underway around both residential buildings and a new sports complex. In the restaurant, I repeat, there is not much from the menu, since there are no visitors either. In the room, despite the novelty of the hotel, a lot of things are no longer working – some of the sockets did not work, the staff could not fix anything. In general, the room is a little crooked – the sockets are either out of place or not working, the refrigerator is out of place, etc. And they couldn't make the TV work, even with the help of the staff – it's on Android, but there's no connection, it didn't work, in short. Don't count on Wi-Fi – it doesn't work even with a signal amplifier.

An interesting new hotel in a quiet location near a sports complex and private villas. The historical center (Kalyan Minaret) is a 25-minute walk away. During the same time, you can walk to Mirzo Ulugbek Park. There are trendy boutiques, a large shopping center with a cinema, a children's park and various restaurants around. Delicious pilaf in the cafe "The pilaf" and "Magistral", although you will always be well fed in the hotel restaurant. There are many interesting places in Bukhara. Well-known Poi-Kalyan, Ark Fortress, Sitorai-Mokhi-Kosa, Labi-House, trade domes… This is for the soul, and for the body you can visit a hammam with massage, a green market, a beach with pools on the Tudakul reservoir. It is also useful to go to the Jeyran Nature Reserve.
The hotel is also good inside. You are greeted by lovely professionals who are ready to please in any detail. A spacious hall with comfortable furniture, a silent glass elevator, prints of photographs and paintings on the floors. There are also famous ones, for example, Leonid Afremov ... A wonderful garden on the way to the restaurant and a swimming pool where you can hold a professional photo shoot... Spacious rooms with French balconies with floor-to-floor glazing, a warm large (15-20 meters) 24-hour swimming pool, saunas, table tennis, gym, mini office, etc. Rooms with electronic keys, refrigerator, safe, smart TV, wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, heating, coffee table and armchairs, comfortable beds... drinking water, coffee and tea are brought every day... electric kettle, cups and glasses are also at your disposal...sets of toothbrushes with paste, soap are brought daily in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel... cleaning and changing of towels daily. The rooms are equipped with slippers and bathrobes. 2 weeks ago I was in Abu Dhabi in a foursome, so there were no slippers and bathrobes🤷♀️…
Breakfast (included in the price) is a varied buffet. Delicious!
Of course, everything always depends on the human factor that creates and supports all this. It's nice to come to rest, and not constantly discuss with the staff about the quality of the services provided / not provided, but declared. Very nice, well-mannered and well-trained staff. Calmly, quickly and with a smile solves the tasks set by the visitors of the hotel. If necessary, they can arrange additional excursions or talk about local habits.

The pool is located downstairs, the door is often open, as a result, it is hot all over the hotel. There is no breakfast. The tennis table is set up so that I almost, taking a step back, did not break the wooden wall-divider space, tripping over a step.
The baths are cheap, made of acrylic. They raise doubts about their reliability. The shower hoses are short. The water is constantly changing temperature. There is no stand for toothbrushes and soap.
Plus, there are bathrobes.
The room was cleaned only after it was noticed that it was not there - although from 10 to 15 there was a sign asking to clean up.
The staff is friendly. The room itself is spacious. But the location is not the most convenient - to get to the center only by taxi.
There is a construction site going on around. It's very uncomfortable.
