I would like to draw the attention of the center's management to the work of the psychotherapist M.M. Khomenkova. Today my mother and I came to the reception...and this "specialist" told her the following verbatim: - Speak faster, the time for the appointment is very short. "No wonder your husband ran away from you. - Get rid of your negativity yourself. - I can't accept you further, because everything is scheduled for me. Although the administrators offer time. Initially, it is clear that people come to a psychotherapist in a vulnerable state and need support. our family are regular customers of your center and this situation is a complete disappointment, a disgrace to your center, incompetence and hubris. A doctor has no moral right to behave like this with a patient in a difficult moral state The client came for help and he paid money for this help, and this is below the level of any polyclinic. I am waiting for the management's reaction to my message. I will definitely leave a complaint to your book and higher authorities so that this "doctor" cannot harm anyone else.

I signed up for densitometry, but the administrator did not explain how they performed this procedure.I came to the appointment, firstly, the gynecologist performed the procedure ("with the words: We're going to mess with you now"), secondly, at least I had to warn them that their densitometry study was to apply gel to the wrist joint, do it once and print out a piece of paper with a diagnosis of no osteoporosis.Densitometry was needed for the cancer center, not to mention the fact that in 2 minutes, once smeared with gel, it costs 46 rubles. The attitude of the medical center towards patients should be more attentive and at least a little more respectful! If you are not ready to treat people with respect, for their financial resources, then there should be no such "medical centers".

Let's omit the fact that there were baseless threats from the doctor, which brought the already frightened teenager to tears. SHE DIDN'T ASK THE REQUIRED QUESTIONS ON ANY TRIP TO THE GYNECOLOGIST! Which would subsequently lead to bad consequences for the child or miscarriage. How could you not ask about chronic diseases and medications? Yes, even on scheduled inspections they clarify. When you went to gynecology, did you think that only 18-year-old virgins would come to you? What kind of condemnation can there be when a person comes to you for help at a paid appointment? I will not leave this situation just like that, there should not be such doctors. Especially in gynecology, where girls already feel vulnerable

I sincerely thank Dr. Natalia Vladimirovna Anishkevich and two nurses Galina Monich and Kristina Kritsenkova for conducting an office hysteroscopy and subsequent care. Natalia Vladimirovna is an excellent doctor, during the operation she commented on all her actions, "talked her teeth well" so that I would be distracted, constantly asked about my well-being, and in general everything went relatively quickly, without hospitalization and general anesthesia. The nurses are wonderful, very attentive and caring. It is a pity that I did not learn about this procedure earlier, it would have helped to avoid many years of problems. I thank the center and the med.the staff for the excellent work.

For a warm and trusting atmosphere during the entire procedure, 09/12/13 (office hysteroscopy with biopsy and removal of polyps), which made it possible to cope with an exciting, emotional state. Because I was traveling from Minsk with great excitement, as I already had experience of hysteroscopy with anesthesia. During the procedure, Natalia Vladimirovna talked, tried to distract, and was constantly interested in my well-being. I'm disappointed. The doctor is good. I won't give you a name. But you will also give good money. Moreover, half of them could not be paid.

I've been there three times. 1. The primary appointment of a gynecologist. Additionally, a paid ultrasound and a therapist's appointment are imposed before hysteroscopy. As a result, the amount of the visit is three times more than the agreed amount. 1 star 2. The second technique is hysteroscopy itself. My record is missing somewhere. That's the number! But I was accepted anyway, the operation went well. 4 stars 3. Repeated admission after surgery. Again, an additional paid ultrasound, but okay. 4 stars (1+4+4)/3=3 I hope that I will never have to contact this center again. There are more unpleasant impressions than pleasant ones
