A comfortable hotel in the city center. Friendly reception, cozy and clean room. The suite has two bathrooms and it's great.
The check-in was quick, there were no problems.

The luxurious interior is spoiled by the lack of hot water (or its prolonged extraction by draining), disgusting quality slippers, begging for a kettle, a TV remote that does not work... Of the "bells and whistles" only a special package for sanitary pads... Plus in geography. For a megalopolis, the location is excellent. The comfort room in St. Petersburg on Vosstaniya Square is cheaper, and the level of security is a cut above. Daily change of towels, daily provision of residents with cosmetics, daily water, coffee, tea... Minsk residents, have you not heard that this is also possible?

Polite staff, all issues were quickly resolved (the sink was clogged; they said where the refrigerator was, where the cooler was, etc.). They came to meet us when we couldn't pay for the room right away, they offered to pay in the evening. The only drawback is the cafe on the ground floor, where young people have fun at night. But we were so tired that we fell asleep anyway)) The breakfast buffet is not worth the money

The hotel is quite conveniently located in the city center, near the Upper Town and a street with cafes and bars, but at the same time everything is quiet at the hotel, as well as Independence Avenue itself in a couple of minutes. The staff is responsive and nimble. The rooms are quite beautiful, the stains on the rim of the bathroom have slightly spoiled the impression in a standard room, but in fact this is the only drawback. A cozy restaurant.

We took a suite room, did not go to breakfast (25 rubles). Large room with climate control system. A kettle, a cupboard with dishes.
Since 07/03/2023, the Pan in Hop restaurant has been operating at the hotel again. They were delicious, but in addition to the name of the dish, the ingredients of its components should be indicated in the menu. We took a salad with salmon and caviar, and got a vinaigrette)

Excellent location - around the corner is a pedestrian restaurant street, across the block and GUM and Minsk Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, depending on where to turn. Three days later, the National Art Museum. Plus 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Everything looks decent inside. It's clean, there's a water cooler in the hallway. Friendly girls at the reception. You can leave your luggage for storage. I want to go back there.

The room stock is old. But it's clean -and that's the main thing.

The hotel is far from 3 stars. There was a moth flying in the room, the air conditioner did not work in the 30 degree heat, the temperature was 26 degrees - it's very hot! The beds are separate, the breakfast is also so-so (small selection). There are worn towels in the bathroom, mold... it's good that we stayed for 1 night. We will not stop here anymore! There are more comfortable conditions for such a price. Of the advantages, only the location

A very interesting location is near the KGB of the Republic of Belarus and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic. 40 minutes to the airport in the morning is a big plus.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the style is a bit outdated.
Breakfasts and breakfast staff are probably some of the best in the Republic of Belarus

The hotel and the rooms are off-set ... we arrived at lunch, settled in without any problems, put the car in the parking lot.
The room is clean... The pre-revolutionary building gives its own atmosphere... It's very warm... we slept with the window open on January 5th))))
The breakfasts that are included are certainly not for 5* but there was fried bacon))) and so for different tastes
Pancakes, pancakes, porridge, eggs, cheesecakes, sausages, etc
. By and large for every taste ...
The most important thing for me was the COFFEE was normal... YURA coffee maker ... It's like home.... and orange juice)))
And yes... I completely forgot... It's all in the heart of the city.
