Perfectly located hotel, wonderful staff, good breakfast and would recommend to anyone who wishes to walk from hotel to touristic locations.

Expectation and reality have coincided!
The hotel is just great! Very cozy, new, beautiful! Excellent breakfasts, private Parking for cars, a small pool!
Bathrobes, slippers, gels, everything you need in the room!
The hotel is not close to the embankment, the hotel is for those who travel by car in transit, or like to walk a lot, or need a beautiful entourage for a photo : we watched a wedding at the hotel.
There is audibility in the neighboring rooms, but not critical! For 1-3 days - a super hotel!
This is a very important problem for this city. : rolling blackouts!!! In one evening, the lights were turned off 4-5 times, the whole city is plunged into darkness from the window! But there is a wonderful generator in the hotel, and this problem does not exist in the hotel! The generator turns on instantly! Everything works!! Starting from Wi-Fi, ending with air conditioning!
The girls at the reception and all the staff are very polite, responsive, and customer-oriented! Upon check-in, you will receive a welcome glass of homemade wine! Special thanks to the administrator with the wonderful name Hibla!!

A great hotel in the center of Sukhum, beautifully renovated, clean, spacious and beautiful room, everything is there for a luxurious stay, the breakfast and dinner buffet is just a delight, very tasty and a large selection. The hotel deserves a rating of 5, if not for one thing! I paid for everything in advance on Ya.Traveling, when checking in at the reception, they demanded ATTENTION for the registration of 200 rubles per person, just some kind of losh levy that spoiled the whole further impression, this is not a service, this is disrespect for the guests.
And by the way, everything in the rooms is great, only the audibility is wild.

Unexpectedly great. The three of us have been vacationing since March 18, 2025. My friends and I liked everything from the look to the service. The hotel is new, each floor is decorated in a themed style, a beautiful bright lobby, a modern elevator, the room is cozy and spacious, the mattresses are soft, it was comfortable to sleep. Upon check-in, there was a compliment from the hotel - a glass of red wine. The girls at the reception, the maids, the waitresses are all friendly and smiling. The breakfasts are almost like in Turkey, every day olives with olives, mushrooms, kiwi jams, watermelon, tangerine, orange, etc., in short, you will not stay hungry. At lunch, we ordered a delicious dish in pots. In the kitchen, there was nothing but cabbage to diversify the second courses and the assortment of pickles. We went to the pool because we visited the thermal bath every day.springs in Kindyg, Escher and Primorsky. Such accommodation with breakfast costs 1950 rubles. I think it's quite acceptable. We sincerely wish prosperity to the Garuda Hotel, if we come again, it will be here. Oh yes, we came out of season, we had our own program, if you relax in the summer, then it's quite a long way to the sea.

The wonderful chamber hotel welcomed us with its comfort and beauty from the doorstep. We are currently staying at the hotel-excellent location, excellent room (we have a standard with a balcony, breakfast and dinner). A large bed, two blankets, 4 pillows, and an additional set. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, wardrobe, dressing table, kettle, water, tea, glasses and cups for tea. Dental kits, bathrobes and slippers are also provided. When you meet at the hotel, you will receive a compliment-a glass of red wine. Nice to meet you! There are hospitable girls at the reception.
The dinner on the first day was wonderful-delicious, satisfying and very varied at home.

Nice hotel. Delicious breakfasts and dinners (buffet). Friendly staff. This is not the first time we have stayed here (both vacations and business trips) and we always like it. The food on the Swedish line is prepared with a "soul", homely taste and with a restaurant-like appearance. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there is always something interesting, fruits, desserts and bombic jam! Which you can then buy, as well as chacha. Not many names are prepared, but everything is fresh, hot and homemade. Although sometimes it's like in a restaurant, it's exquisite.
The rooms are originally decorated. We lived in deluxe, Japan.
There are nuances: audibility in the rooms, a small pool (by the way, it was cleaned when we were there), there were not enough cosmetic bags: cotton swabs and discs. There are many other cosmetics, including a dental kit. The bathroom floor is very slippery, there would be some mats so as not to fall.
The staff are professionals! The girls at the reception solved all the issues, called a taxi. The girls in the restaurant even offered blankets (we ate on the terrace), they always ask how the rest is, they look after us.
Milana told us about other hotels in the Garuda chain, it became interesting, we want to go there too.
The hotel is well located. Nearby there is a market , an embankment, and shops.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, wine, as a welcome upon check-in. All issues were resolved quickly and clearly. We left the bag there, they sent everything. Food is a separate topic! It is delicious at home and varied. The rooms were cleaned every day, clean, everything is in order, the bed is soft and snow-white, there are enough towels, tea and a kettle in the room. The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful. The center is about 15 minutes on foot, the market and car rental are all nearby. The sea and the beach are a bit far away, but in November we just enjoyed the beauty of Abkhazia!

The resort offers guided tours with already proven guides. Excellent and the best hotel in Abkhazia! A chic, expensive designer interior. Expensive tableware and interior items. I would like to mention a very comfortable anatomical mattress, blackout curtains, a well-thought-out hotel space and room decoration. The hotel staff is a special thanks! When you enter the hotel doors, you are greeted as if you are the only vacationer in the hotel (VIP guest) for them. Cordiality, hospitality, politeness and polish. Gloss in everything! The staff was amazing! The shine and purity are perfect! Separate applause for the cook, the restaurant staff and the kitchen. It's not just food. Every day there was a festive banquet of delicious dishes. Very tasty food made from high-quality natural products of proper preparation. The waiters of the restaurant are young girls and a guy, a bartender (they have created an oasis of comfort and bliss) perfectly perform their duties and unobtrusively take care of the guests (they will cover them with a blanket when it is cool in the evening on the veranda and never ask to leave the restaurant after its work is over). Many thanks to the owner of the hotel for creating such a designer themed hotel, creating an atmosphere of luxury, beauty, comfort and picked up such an excellent staff! I visit Abkhazia every year. Now only to my favorite boutique hotel in Sukhum. It's been like home for a week now, but still under the impression of delight with pleasant memories. Thank you!
P.S. Very convenient location - the center of Sukhum. 10 minutes walk to the Makhajirov embankment. Nearby there are shops, a market, bakeries and alcohol markets. The prices are much cheaper than in Pitsunda. It takes 10 minutes to get to any beach in Sukhum by taxi. By the way, I downloaded the Garuda taxi app and comfort cars always arrived.

The chefs deserve special praise.🥰 We had breakfast and dinner included, everything was cooked at the highest level (meat dishes, salads, kebabs, various rolls) on Wednesday evenings, live music played in the restaurant.😎 A separate advantage is the location of the hotel. This time we arrived at the hotel closer to midnight, the hotel staff immediately set the table for us and we ate tired from the road and went to rest with our whole friendly team in our rooms. This time we got a small room, but that's okay, most of all I was not satisfied that the room was next to the elevator. Contacting a hotel employee named Madina, the problem was solved and in the morning we were transferred to another room with a gorgeous view and away from the elevator. A wonderful hotel! My daughters were in Abkhazia on autumn holidays: This is the most comfortable place of the three hotels where we stayed. The rooms are clean, the smell is fresh. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic kits, mini-bar - everything is there.
The cuisine and the Swedish line pleased me. Not a lot of things, but the dishes are delicious and varied.

Good afternoon! We had a family vacation with two children aged 6 and 3. In short, I liked everything very much!!! Read more: Food-every day there is something new for breakfast and dinner, very tasty, it is impossible to stop eating) The service is excellent, the girls at the reception are very polite and friendly. Everything is fine with the cleaning, too. And in the restaurant and at the bar, too, cool wonderful people work, they find a common language with children with a bang! My son has been asking for 2 days when we will "go to my uncle" again (in my opinion, his name is Atakhan, but I can make a mistake, I hope he won't be offended). The hotel itself is very interestingly decorated, different floors in their own style. The bottom line is this - if there was a small children's room/children's corner - I would put 6 stars. and so far only five)) thank you very much for the rest, to all the hotel staff and the management, of course, too, for the staff selection!

The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, we rested for a week, the chefs tried to surprise us with something every day. The topping table is a delight.🙏 All food is fresh, always in abundance no matter what time you come. In principle, with such a buffet, you can do without lunch) the staff is super friendly. We took a deluxe room, added a baby cot for free and there is still room for children to play. I recommend a super hotel. The perfect combination of price and quality.
The only thing I can put a minus for is the pool. Although he is small, the child counted on him very much, but he turned out to be cold. Power outages are constant throughout the city. 🤷♀️

Among all the hotels, Garuda is the best. The polite staff will help and prompt, the food is always delicious and varied - everyone will find their own. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day, location in the city center:It takes 5-6 minutes by car to the embankment.
The tour from the hotel was great, thanks to Alaska.
As a minus, the poor sound insulation of the room, if you are lucky with the neighbors, it will not hurt in any way.
The pool is small, you should not count on it.

The hotel is clean, everyone seems to be kind, but if the girls work / try, the men in the hotel are parasites. I will note the waitress Milana- the best of the team, the rest are absolutely indifferent. Requests are fulfilled after the 3rd/5th reminder.
The most terrible moment is the place of food. To take a clean plate, you have to bend down to knee level. There was often dust in the dishes. The food is edible, but too European. It was expected that there would be more local cuisine than sausage for breakfast.

It's just great for Abkhazia . Everything is brand new , comfortable mattresses , crisp white linen , comfortable pillows . The room has a mini bar with very reasonable prices. 10 minutes walk to the sea. A separate respect for dinner is not a huge variety , but everything is simply delicious from the presented - 2 types of kebabs , potatoes in the very heart . We rested from 7.04-14.04.
We ordered a two-room room with breakfast and dinner. I really liked the buffet. The dishes are varied and you can always choose according to taste. The staff is polite, attentive and smiling. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious enough. The balcony is just huge. The room has everything you need. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. For us, this is not a distance and we were happy to walk to the embankment.
We were lucky with the weather 50/50. There were sunny and cloudy days.
We walked all over Sukhum.
We recommend a trip to Mount Athos and the thermal springs.

I really liked the hotel. We rested with my wife and friends for 6 nights. The price and quality are super. Meals, breakfasts and dinners are included in the price. The food is varied, the hotel is stylish, each floor is designed in its own way. We lived on the fifth floor (Turkey). We had a deluxe room. Clean and spacious, the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Cosmetic accessories are replenished but do not put cotton pads and sticks, take them with you* There is a tea station in the room with 4 tea bags and 2! Sugar. Geographically, it is far from the sea, but walking is useful, so I do not consider it a minus, but if someone chooses for a beach holiday, then this hotel is far away. A significant disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation.
