Closed territory. Purity. The wipers work very well! The guards at the checkpoint do not let the children alone outside the territory. Thank them for that. Video surveillance. A large courtyard. The complex has everything - beauty salons, a fitness center (even with one pool), children's centers, shops with the most necessary products... We are very glad that we live here.

There is a fenced perimeter, you will not get into the territory of the complex "just like that". Entrance to the yard is limited (you can stop by for example to unload building materials), there are no cars in the yard. Moderate "targets".

The LCD is good, but among the disadvantages I can note that there are a lot of ill-mannered children scattering garbage on their own playground. Many residents leave garbage bags right in the entrances, which causes a stench. The freight elevator is also often turned off, which means that you have to wait a long time for a passenger one.

It is terribly inconvenient that taxis are not allowed to enter the courtyard. During heavy rain, until you reach the exit from the far entrance, it is very uncomfortable😬 As well as the lack of convenience stores complicate life in this residential complex a little.
