I always refuel here! The fuel quality (AI 95) is good. The territory is clean, the building is neat, inside it is warm and cozy. You can refuel as yourself (if you know the keyboard layout)) so the tankers can do everything for you. First you fill up, then you pay.
Everything is like 5 stars! But. I ride a motorcycle. No promotions or bonuses have been made for motorcyclists. I have a 16 liter tank. In order to get some preferences, they need to refuel (in my opinion) by 20 or 25 liters. If the quality deteriorates, then nothing will keep me here.

During the last visit, it turned out that the operator at the checkout offered to pay for the mask for 30 kopecks, but refused to take the money for fuel. The fuel is already in the tank. Here I am. Here's the money. But the operator insistently does not take them away, but threatens to contact the police.
When asked why the tankers on the territory of the column start servicing and fill your tank and do not refuse service without a mask, the operator replied that these are not gas station employees, but a third-party organization.
In a store, or at a gas station, where you can fill up the fuel only after payment, I could just refuse, but here I find myself hostage to the situation. Employees are happy to provoke conflict.

Refueled with diesel fuel on 1.12.2021 , filled the whole tank (fuel column 2) as a result, on 08.12.2021 at . -15, the revolutions in motion begin to fall and the car stalls, somehow started the car 2 times, but after 200 meters of the way the story repeated, the fuel lost the filtration temperature at -15, the heated fuel filter, so the campaign took diesel in the fuel tank.
