I have been using the car center's services for exactly one year. Administrators and managers are always polite. I bought a car here. Paperwork, pre-sale preparation without complaints. Passed two scheduled maintenance. Always fast and accurate. There have never been any objections to being in the garage during work. The repair on the hard hat was somewhat frustrating. There is no difference in quality. The work was carried out in a third-party organization. But in terms of time, yes. Long wait for the parts, the repair was delayed. I had to stimulate the work. I'm not lowering my rating. This is an advance payment.

The eighth year since Avtonova (since the acquisition of a Nissan Qashqai car there - only positive emotions from managers). If necessary, I constantly service my car, and most recently my wife's car (nissan note). I really like the approach of the service section: finding and solving the issue of troubleshooting, and not just stating the fact that problems exist and cannot be solved, in this case, the maximum application of forces to solve technical problems. He also draws attention to the fact that when the staff is tired, they talk politely and attentively (which is more important than smiles, joy and unsolvation of tasks, it happens with other services) - excellent staff.
