Disgusting attitude. A complete disappointment.
On April 28, 2024, an agreement No. 14.04-1B was signed between me and FOSIS LLC for the manufacture of a kitchen at the GeosIdeal factory.
I've been waiting for furniture for 65 calendar days. On July 11, 2024, the kitchen came in which the countertop was made not as in the contract, but as Geos wanted.
According to the agreement, it consists of 3 parts, with an edge, 590 mm wide. I had 2 large parts made without an edge, and the third part of the 150 mm edge was cut off, all parts of different widths - 2 large 600mm, a small 590mm. Apparently Geos thought that my kitchen lacked the "CHAPITEAU" style, because I gave the money for this style.
A nice intermediary company LLC "Fosis" does not assemble my kitchen, since the countertop does not sit down, offers me a month to live in boxes, 60 huge boxes with headset elements littered the house. No one is in a hurry to solve the problem, neither the factory nor the intermediary, because I can live in boxes and without a kitchen for a month or two due to the incompetence of the employees of GeosIdeal and Fosis LLC.
Oh, yes, I forgot to specify, the furniture collector who came on June 12, 2024 to try to assemble the kitchen and at which this ugly countertop was discovered, left the furniture assembly, saying that I do not know how to assemble this kitchen.

I regretted that I ordered the kitchen here earlier. After 10 years, I applied to have a facade made for a dishwasher. Categorically refused., because the model is discontinued. I don't recommend this campaign to anyone. Think about it. You might be in my place tomorrow.

I have been working at this company for 3 years, the flight is normal. We make kitchens to order. The quality is decent, but the price tag, although not low, is consistent with the quality.
