Overall, it's a good cafe. It's a pity, the staff often changes and does not understand Russian well. The contingent is so-so, go in for a drink, have a quick meal and that's it. But sometimes it's quiet and peaceful. Pilaf is not very good, samsa is normal, shish kebab when and how. Never order Manta rays!!! I haven't eaten worse even in Russia. For an unassuming tourist, the first time is just right. The toilet is common for Uzbekistan. The bill is usually carried for a long time, you often look for the waiter to ask for something.
But the chicken soup is excellent. I'll give you a plus one for him.
In general, if you really want to have lunch or dinner quickly and are nearby, then this is a good option.

The place is good. I found out that they have more kebabs in their gramage than the whole city and fillet meat. The owner is Suhrob aka, very polite and good-natured. It will prompt you with a choice. There is also a wine and alcohol bar. If not desired, arrange the submission for the client.
