Probably the most unpleasant institution I have encountered in Yerevan. Not only were my brother and I not put in the common room (since there are two guys), the staff also incorrectly conducts a dialogue with visitors. I lack customer orientation and a modern approach to the restaurant business . If you have any special accommodation conditions, please let us know by phone, not by the fact.

The worst service in the city. I don't recommend it to anyone. They meet me with a haughty look. The waiter does not come for a long time. I asked to call a hookah man from three waiters. The hookah man came up after 30 minutes, and said that no one had given him anything. There are buttons for calling the waiter, but no one responds to the call.
