Nice hotel in historical setting with super spa

A luxury hotel on top of a mountain and right in the heart of an ancient fortress. There is a SPA, free entrance for guests. There is also a restaurant. We celebrated New Year's Eve here, and the service was good. We stayed for four days, everything was fine.

A hotel where everything is ruined by the staff.
We checked in at night, I warned about the late check-in time. In fact, when we arrived, both hotel phones were silent. I had to go looking for at least someone who could let me into the territory. They found the security guard, and then he found the hotel receptionist.
We stayed here for two nights. The first morning there was breakfast. It's an unpleasant moment when employees look at me clearly and discuss something in Georgian.
We went to the spa in the evening. The spa is open from 18.00, we arrived around 20.15. The saunas were cold and just warming up. Later we found out that the spa as a whole was included only for the sake of the company of Georgians who do not even live in this hotel. Needless to say, staying at the spa with them is impossible?
The morning of the second day. We come to breakfast, there is a company of Georgians and tells us that there is no breakfast, but it can be made for 10 GEL!
Cool in general. At the same time, they said this only when my husband came up, and they just motioned for me to wait and continued to communicate with each other.
No good location of this hotel can negate such a negative!

It's a very interesting place. A nice spa in the basement. Clean rooms and a good breakfast.
The hotel is located directly in the fortress. It's a great place.

A restaurant with terrible service!!! I sat there twice and the waiters didn't come up. I took the menu myself, I made the order myself, I went to pay for it myself. At that time, the waiters were drinking Red Bull. They had no time!!!

Spending the night in a real medieval fortress with towering walls and watchtowers - what could be more romantic?
The hotel, of course, is not new, but you don't expect that from it. On the contrary, it betrays a certain flavor and plausibility.
The room has everything you need, including a mini-bar.
Breakfast is a rich buffet by the standards of other hotels.

A little unjustified chic in this region. Amazing views from the windows. The condition of the furniture and plumbing is no longer very decent. I was unpleasantly disappointed by the lack of a welcome drink. The spa area did not open in the morning by 11 o'clock (although it is stated that they work from 8).
There is a very nice girl at the reception.
