We ordered dog food 4 weeks before that day, as a result, we sold the whole evening from 18 to 22, the order was not delivered. The phone was not answered. As a result, after correspondence with this store, we were informed that our order was not included in the list of couriers, and it was suggested to come and pick up the order yourself or wait for the courier the next day. Considering that we arrived in Minsk for 1 day, it was not very convenient for us to wait all day for the courier. Upon arrival at the store, the staff could not find our collected order for a long time. They called us non-locals, not very respectfully, considering that we paid more than 500 Belarusian rubles for food.
A complaint was also sent to the company's management.

The rats started to get sick from the first days, we went to the veterinarians, treated pneumonia and bronchitis. It was a vicious circle until one day we tried heart medications and pneumonia was treatable. I even had to take rats to the clinic in the oxygen chamber for 4 hours every day for a week.We bought rats with hereditary heart disease. And one rat has deafness, which we started noticing in the first week.With these words, a ratologist (rat doctor) sent us For heart pills that we will have to give to rats until the end of the days, 1 tablet per second costs 7 rubles) Recently, one of the kids had a white spot on his eye, presumably a cataract.SO DRAW CONCLUSIONS ABOUT WHETHER IT'S WORTH BUYING PETS HERE AND WATCHING YOUR FRIEND SUFFER, OR STILL LOOK FOR A MORE CONSCIENTIOUS SELLER.

I made an order, I was scheduled for shipment Wednesday-Thursday, but neither on Wednesday nor on Thursday was they informed whether my order was ready for delivery or not, moreover, they simply ignored my messages. If the product is out of stock, it seems to me that it is not difficult to just write about it. I'm not even talking about the fact that I was promised at least some quantity of goods. It's good that you don't work with life-saving drugs, and other people's lives don't depend on your work. God is your judge. If you are called an "online store", then be kind enough to keep in touch, accept orders or refuse them if you do not have the necessary drugs!!! And not to lead people by the nose and not to mislead! I could have gotten what I wanted at another store, but it never occurred to me that I would be left with nothing. Provided that the product is really scarce. Naturally, upon arrival, I did not find a replacement in any store, not that in the right amount, but in general!!! You stole a week from us and gave us a complete NOTHING. "Thank you" to you. Personally, especially Maria, who never bothered to get in touch with me. Instead of helping the child who was bleeding, she began to be rude and rude in response to my request to show documents for rodents or provide the phone number of the head to resolve the issue. It was also suggested to put the child's head in the tiger's mouth. And then she just closed the store and left, talking on the phone. Thanks to the employees of the neighboring stores for their help, as well as to Sofia from the call center for resolving the situation and apologizing. I ask you to bring the seller to disciplinary responsibility for inappropriate behavior in the current situation.
