Магазин расположен очень удобно. Большой выбор морепродуктов и охлаждённый рыбы по доступным ценам. Хороший выбор готовой продукции как для обедов, ланчей так и просто на ужин, чтобы не тратить время дома. По цене как в Уороне, но ощутимо дороже, чем в Евроопте. В зале выкладка товара удобная, большой ассортимент. Все всегда свежее. Если живёте в этом районе, то отличный магазин для посещения. Очереди бывают крайне редко. Помимо продуктового магазина, также имеется цветочный магазин, магазин постельного белья, товары для животных, банк, вейпшоп, капибара(готовят роллы).

Удачная постройка последних лет. Район оживился. Много места для стоянки авто за маркетом. Просторный зал, удобное расположение торговых стеллажей . Отдельно стоит сектор хозяйственных и концелярских товаров. Можно смело брать тележку, потому что широкие проходы позволяют расходиться покупателям с корзиной на колёсах.

1. Чисто, птиц нету.
2. Кулинария очень вкусная, торты тоже (жаль только что руководство не даёт своим работникам пробовать торты что бы могли рассказать свои впечатления о тортах)
3. Единственный магазин в Витебске где могут нарезать вам колбасы и ветчину (не удобно только что в этом отделе работает обычно один человек и из-за этого образуется очередь) есть предложение руководству часто покупаемую продукцию сразу нарезать к вечеру пятницы и перед праздниками это бы очень сэкономило время и многие люди с большим удовольствием взяли бы сразу нарезанную продукцию.
