I do not recommend buying anything in this store! I bought an electric scooter in this store, when buying a scooter, they talked about a 1-year warranty, after they gave me documents where it says that the battery warranty is one month!!! After my dissatisfaction, they rewrote it and gave me a 3-month warranty.
At home, looking at a book (instruction manual) what they gave on the last page I found the sticker of this store and it was there for a reason, the warranty period was hidden under the sticker and what my removal was, but it says 1 year warranty on the battery, he called the director, he was surprised (or pretended to be surprised), to which he said that they would figure it out and he would call me back, but He never called back or picked up the phone when I called 2 times.
The warranty from this store for the scooter comes in the form of stickers on the scooter on the bolts on the top of the soundboard, in the store I asked what would happen if these stickers came off on their own, to which everyone believed that this could not be (at the same time they said if the stickers are damaged, the scooter loses the warranty) and yes the mileage is 73 km and 2 of the 3 stickers have already started to move away. Writing to the store, they said that this could not be, I threw off a photo of the first sticker, to which they replied you have 2 more stickers, threw off a photo where 2 stickers are visible that are already leaving and the message is read and ignored!
