Everything is fine, but be ready to run from any part of the fortress to a single toilet, which is near the first barracks. This spoils the overall impression of the visit, because I had to cruise back and forth several times, which was inconvenient.
We arrived in the morning at 10 o'clock and there were no people at all. Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the museums, but we walked around the territory. Of course, it is worth visiting in memory of our heroes!
But please solve the issue of toilets!!! It's a shame to have one toilet in such a territory

Brest Fortress is a unique historical place. This is a hero fortress that has perpetuated the memory of the steadfastness and courage of our people. A very interesting central entrance with a touching soundtrack, and the same magnificent monument to the brave soldier, the Church of St. Nicholas. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and the Eternal Flame. It gives me the creeps!
The territory of the fortress is a kind of park with a river. Everything is very well maintained. There are cafes and public toilets. There is an Orthodox women's monastery outside the fortress. If you are going to Brest. This place should be one of the first to visit!

Ever since I read S.Smirnov's Brest Fortress as a child, I dreamed of visiting it and now it has happened!

The place is impressive... I have lived in Brest for more than 20 years and every time I walk under this monument to the eternal flame, I get goosebumps... Just stop and listen... Eternal memory to our heroes who fell for our future. I rode around the fortress on a bicycle up and down. I advise you to visit Brest itself on June 21 on Sovetskaya Street in the evening and on June 22 to watch the annual reconstruction of the attack of Nazi Germany on the USSR... There are many excursions in the Fortress itself, there are cafes, of course there are exhibitions with expansions from those times. Everything is clean and cultured.

It took more than 4 hours to inspect the complex, visit all the museums, etc. I recommend booking a guide in advance, we had to walk ourselves and eavesdrop on the stories of other groups somewhere. I definitely recommend visiting, especially with children. A genuine sense of pride comes over you when you are there. At the same time, the hope is that peace will always reign on our planet.

At first we got lost and drove to the North Gate, but then we got oriented and still found the Main entrance. Parking is right next to the entrance, we didn't know, but you can drive right up to the alley leading to the Star. There are stalls with coffee and souvenirs in front of the entrance. Right there on the alley at the entrance of the cafe "Forget-me-not"
