The staff at Aliya is very rude, even though the coffee is good, I will never come again. About the bonus program, you just have to force them to write it down.

I described the problem on WhatsApp, waited half a day for an answer. I didn't get it. The worst coffee I've had was twice at this point. I wasn't expecting to be offered for free or anything else, I was just waiting for an apology. In the end, I poured 3 thousand into the toilet, very nice

A wish to the owners - put a trash can. Now the barista sends to throw out papers on the street. It's somehow not polite.
