An absolutely dead construction mall. It is conveniently located and well organized, but the administration obviously doesn't care about the tenants, as no measures are being taken to attract visitors. In January-February 25, there was another massive outflow of tenants, and there was even less reason to visit the shopping center (previously, they bought a lot of granite for construction sites and workshops).

Convenient location in the city, convenient Parking, the shopping center is equipped with escalators instead of the usual stairs, several elevators in different parts, trolleys for the convenience of customers. The climate here is wonderful both in winter and summer. There are many famous brands here that are also in other construction markets. It is more convenient for me to go shopping here than in other construction markets with their disadvantages.

It seems like a good idea, but somehow I didn't see many people there. All the old-fashioned way to Kuylyuk, Dombrabad, Buk-Topi go for materials. Although I do not mind that it is completely empty. There is a good selection of wallpapers, but as always. There is nothing unique. Prices are mostly a little bit, but higher than in the listed markets. The entrance to the parking lot and the exit are located right on the turn, which is not the smartest solution.
