On November 1, 2024, I ordered the "Buy instead of me" service. Tom Ford's Metallic Mauve eye Shadow palette for $48.45. Plus the commission for the purchase. Plus delivery to Kazakhstan.
I got a completely different Nude Dip palette. I immediately contacted the company and they told me that THEY WERE NOT TO BLAME FOR ANYTHING! The store and I are to blame. The store sent the wrong product. And I did not order an ADDITIONAL PAID parcel inspection service at the warehouse. If anything, this service is only available in the declaration editing mode, but it is not available for the 'buy instead of me' service.
All requests to provide confirmation that they had bought exactly what I ordered were ignored.
The managers called several times and sadly reported that the store was to blame for the situation, the company, according to its regulations, BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY.
1.5 months later, I was informed by phone that there would be a 100% refund for the service, the cost of the palette and the commission.
I got my office balance back today (balance, Carl!) only the cost of the palette.
They refuse to return the ransom service, because they believe that everything on their part was done correctly.
I highly recommend not using the services of this company.
