Many thanks to Ksenia Danilenko, Elena Danchenko and the great surprise of these sellers Attentive, polite, courteous and most importantly patient with customers I opened the card with Ksenia back in 2024, and how nice it was to go to the checkout in 2025, and they tell you that they remember you personally!!! Wow!!!

Today I faced a situation that showed that the employees who work in this store are extremely incompetent. The fact is that they could not sell the product I had chosen, they could not clearly explain, they only mumbled in response to all my questions. Why did you put the product on display if you can't sell it? The customer / buyer comes to buy things and it is extremely unclear to him for what reasons you cannot sell it, even if you refer to the fact that the goods in your store are listed on Mars. Then do not put it in the hall and there will be no questions. If I wanted to look at things, I would go to a museum, not look at them in a store. The quality of service just dropped to "minus zero".

Disgusting attitude. Not only do employees not know their duties and rights, they don't even know where their book of complaints and suggestions is. They don't know how to use surveillance cameras, they don't believe their eyes. We haven't heard about job descriptions at all.. It's a disgrace!!!
