It seems to be a prestigious salon, but every time you arrive on time, and they make you wait for the master for 10-25 minutes!! For almost half an hour, I waited for the master for the last time!! Secondly, why do you wait so long for the masters, and they won't even offer you anything to drink until you ask, again, it's considered one of the best salons, where is the service??I also went to Mikael for a haircut, he cut my bangs awfully crookedly, that they asked me in another less "elite" salon if I had cut my own hair!!!! Well, it was obvious that he was clearly not a master, since, according to him, he was wanted, apparently he was taken out of pity or what, it is unclear. It is very strange on what principle the masters are selected, the price and quality do not match!!

At the same time, all masters work in completely different ways, if we talk about manicure and pedicure services. You have to look for your master and only go to him. This is the only guarantee of reliability. I suggest business owners to convert prices for their services into rubles, and try a salon in Moscow for this money. You will see the difference(

I signed up for a manicure and pedicure 3 weeks before the procedure via Instagram, the administrator called me and informed me that my appointment was canceled due to the master's day off. She rescheduled my booking for an inconvenient time for me after 4 days, manicure at 10:00 and pedicure at 18:00 (pedicure was again postponed to 16:00) on July 21. On the same day, I asked the receptionist at the counter to schedule me for the next procedure on August 12th (today) and on August 24th. I got a call on August 11 (yesterday) to confirm the booking, which I did. Today, the administrator called me and informed me that I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, but the reserved time was only for one procedure, they offered to record a second procedure another day. I obviously got angry and cancelled all my bookings. I am satisfied with the services of a nail service master, but to substitute my clients in this way is not professional and disrespectful. I will not address them again. We forgot to at least apologize for the inconvenience at the end of the conversation.

The worst service!
One day they canceled the recording an hour before the visit, referring to the master's illness, they could have warned in advance!
I came the next day and it turned out that I was recorded an hour later! The second time ruined the plans for the whole day!
They didn't offer a drink while they were dealing with the problem! Did not apologize for the inconvenience!

I signed up for a combo manicure, the master was 30 minutes late, I thought it was okay, you never know what happens
But the manicure was done in 10 minutes and it's just terrible, I've never had it done before 😬
Cuticles remained and nails were not cut down to the end
