Terrible in-app service. If you suddenly made a mistake with the address when ordering, they can't change it! You need to cancel the order, wait 7 days for a refund, and re-checkout. It took tech support 2 days to give this answer!

After 20 minutes it was the same, I decided to write to technical support, somehow with the bot Zoya they got to my question, where it was written that the promo code would be restored in 30 minutes after an unsuccessful registration, but it did not recover after either 30 minutes or an hour. The operator himself answered only at one o'clock in the morning, when the promo code expired. I checked every 5 minutes until 00:00, until the promo code expired and due to bugs in the application I could not use the promo code((

The second case is online delivery. The courier decided not to go, the order was postponed to another day without my knowledge, they can't really explain anything in support, they call each other to clarify and it all drags on (it's also hard to get through to support). When canceling an order, after five minutes it turns out that the courier will still arrive, after another five minutes - that he will not arrive. The support girls also do not know the situation, everyone has different information.
So I also have to ask for compensation MYSELF, and it is not offered to me after such "punctures" through your own fault. As we wrote below, there is no customer orientation. I am waiting for a refund of my funds. I won't come to you anymore.
