I love this store. A large range of good cosmetics, convenient to order at home, fast delivery. I really like the website and the application in terms of design and functionality. The only thing is that some products may not be available when placing an order. So we have to reassemble the order (although at the time of adding the product to the cart it was in stock, and after 2 minutes it gives an error during checkout and asks to be removed from the order). You often have to give up what you wanted. It would also be very convenient if there were product reviews on the site. It would really help to make a choice.

I came for a perfume with a specific request. The consultant showed different options. Finally, I stopped at one thing, taking my word for it. I tried it at home - something is wrong. I looked at the list of notes - absolutely not what I was looking for, zero hit (since when pineapple and mango are lemon and wood, I do not understand). The flavors were mixed on the hand, and the consultant did not consult correctly. I was very upset because the perfume is not cheap, and it will not work, it does not fit the word at all. I do not recommend looking for perfumes with consultants, it is better to make a selection yourself and try it purposefully.

My girlfriend ordered in the golden apple, the whole situation was happening in front of my eyes. This is the worst service that can be. The situation was as follows: after receiving the parcel, the girl checked the goods and realized that one of them did not suit her (namely, a bathtub foam). The smell there was of the cheapest household soap. There were no special membranes or micas on the package, so the integrity of the package was not violated in any way. After that, it was decided to call the hotline and ask for a refund. None of the three consultants she spoke to knew anything about the refund procedure, each had their own version. The first version is that the refund is carried out by courier, since the purchase was made through an online store (picked up by Euromail in Minsk), but when she asked if the courier would come outside the MKAD for verification and refund, the answer was "Well, I probably don't know, maybe, well, he will either come pick up, or not he will take it away," that is, there is absolutely no specifics. In addition, I forgot to mention that for some unknown reason, the refund through the application did not work and was processed through the hotline. The second and third versions were that the manager would contact her and only he would be able to tell her how the refund would take place. But no one knew exactly how they would contact her, one girl said that she had been on the phone for 3-10 days, the other said to write to the chat bot that a refund had been issued (spoiler: it didn't do anything). She waited the next 5 days waiting for the call. On the 5th day, a letter arrived in the mail stating that the application was rejected, as there was no response from the girl. At the same time, it was not known where and what to answer either from conversations with consultants or from the letter itself. After that, she called the hotline AGAIN and 4 times it turned out that they had to contact her through a bot and there really was a message, but from its contents it was difficult to guess what was what. In addition, the hotline consultant also said that nothing can be solved by driving up to the store, since this is an online store and it has nothing to do with a physical store. I will also clarify that the consultant on the hotline was informed of the reason for the refund initially. Two hours later, she was FINALLY contacted by a specialist through a bot, with whom the correspondence lasted 4 HOURS. We had to wait 1-2 hours for each message. At the same time, there is no way to solve such issues directly with a person. Also, even the manager himself did not say anything about the refund procedure, before she herself did not clarify and did not find out from him. She was offered to come to the store so that they could check whether the product was in use (at the same time, I remind you that it was said that the issues could not be resolved through the store and it was pointless to go there). But since this story dragged on and the hotline said that it was impossible to solve it through the store, I wanted to clarify whether it was possible to do everything through the courier mentioned. And here, AFTER 4 HOURS AND 5 DAYS OF MISUNDERSTANDING, they decided to clarify whether she opened the product to check the smell (but let me remind you that the product was not sealed with film or mica, that is, you can find out if the product was in use only by gramming). She once again replied that yes, since the same questions were on the hotline. AND THEN IT TURNED OUT THAT THE PRODUCT WAS IN USE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. That is, she was first offered to spend half a day on the way there and back, with an unknown outcome, and only after that they decided to say that they would not accept the goods after all. Bottom line: the time and nerves spent on completely disgusting service and maintenance, where consultants have zero knowledge and read answers from a leaf, change their shoes on the go, everyone builds their own versions of the return, no one can give any specifics. It feels like they have children sitting at their phone, who were given this answer sheet yesterday. I hope this story helps others not to get into the same situation. I also want to say that our friends also had problems with the service. The girl ordered a cream for 50 bel. rub. to her city, but the deliveryman confused something and delivered it to her hostel in Minsk. After their conversation

In no case do I advise you to order online! Incompetent, non-professional technical support, maintenance and editorial staff of the online store are irresponsible and unpunished. For them, customers are expendable. I'll tell you why. I needed a gift for tomorrow, a gift card (certificate) for 200 boon. I called the number listed on the website and got through. I clarified the details - will I be able to order a card with delivery for tomorrow. Since the payment for this product is only online. The man answered me that I could, no question. I also wrote off in the telegram chat with technical support to clarify the details and delivery time, as I had to catch a flight. After that, I paid for the certificate with a bank card, and then sent the order number to the tg chat to close the issue. And everything seems to be OK. And after 10 minutes, I receive a message in the chat "Sorry, there is no such certificate, we will refund your money within a week." In the sense of???? You told me on the phone that the certificate is available and I can place an order. I called on the phone to resolve the issue, started asking if there were cards of a different denomination. She thought for about 5 minutes, allegedly went somewhere, then just hung up.ahaha. I write to them in the chat that I have a gift and no money for another card, return the money or 4 for 50, at least 10 for 20. They say it's technically impossible. I'll come to the store myself practically, and take the cards and everything is ok. They are no no no. The money will be back soon. But it is clear that they will not return so quickly. Anyway, I go to their website to see what certificates are available, and there are 200 available for card registration, which are not available! Ahaha, they don't care about people, they say sorry, sorry, we're sorry, sorry blah blah blah write...THE RESULT IS NO GIFT, NO MONEY, A RUINED WEEKEND.

We gave gift certificates for 250 and 600 rubles twice, I did not get the pleasure of being in the store, because the ventilation is sooo bad and it is simply impossible to stay there for more than 30 minutes - there are a huge number of people, the stuffiness and aromas of all the perfumes there literally drive you crazy... Kravt is resting :) Consultants are annoying, if not with questions, then they just follow. The prices are different. The cash register works super-fast. I am happy with my purchases. The gift certificates are stylish, cool, but I wouldn't have bought them for my mother - she would have lost consciousness from lack of oxygen at the entrance:))) And I have only one :) The store is certainly promising, but if you plan to spend a long time choosing cosmetics, then prepare yourself a gas mask.

I placed an order online and, at the request of the store, paid immediately. They promised to deliver it within a few days. After this time, an SMS message arrives informing you of the receipt of the order at the PVZ and requesting registration on the website. I did everything in advance, as requested. But it didn't do any good. To receive the order, I needed a code that was not provided to me. After several calls to the store, excuses, ignores and direct phone drops, they sent me to the Telegram chatbot with the assurance that they would help there. There was no limit to my surprise when they wrote to me in the chat that they could not help and that I supposedly had to contact the courier service. Why should I go anywhere? My task was to make sure that I paid for the order on time and came to the PVZ to pick it up, and everything else was the store's responsibility! I waited 3.5 hours at the pick-up point, spent an hour and a half talking to their "support" and went home with nothing - no one cares at all. The first order is so revealing. Do not buy anything in this store. The sooner it closes, the sooner normal stores will open and gain popularity, and not just that...

And finally the long-awaited day...I open it and am horrified...my sample KIT is a shabby little bag with ONE small tonic sample...I have never experienced such a feeling of being scammed! I immediately thought that this could not be, they must have made a mistake. I dial on the phone, explain, in response, "yes, that's right, the set may consist of ONE unit." I say, "so this is not a set. The set is the plural." But in response, "We can't help you." I wrote to inst, where they gave me another reason at all, that they allegedly had an action before July 23. I'm giving them their stories, where it says until July 31st! But they stood their ground, like it was through the app until July 23rd. Although it was not mentioned anywhere and could not be confirmed by anything, only in words. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. Even in budget stores of more budget cosmetics - they JUST give samples, not from the amount, but SIMPLY. But then you gain a huge amount, they promise you, and then they throw you like a fool!!! Just PIGGISHNESS and UNRELIABILITY!!! I will never buy there again! And I don't advise anyone. Misers and deceivers! IT'S A SHAME!!!

I was unlucky enough to visit the store on March 8th. A huge number of people, terrible queues. But I gave 3 stars not for this, but for organizing the delivery of orders. There was one girl working at the delivery desk, piled high with bags of orders. To find the right one, she looked through each package, which was why she spent an obscene amount of time. There was no desire to visit this store from now on.

I fell in love with this magic apple!!!!) I do not know what is the reason for so many negative reviews, I was afraid to buy (many wrote about problems with delivery). I made a delivery in Minsk, an alert came "the order will be delivered in 2 days." On the day of delivery, an SMS came from the autolight courier service, the driver called, arrived at the right time. The packaging was very good at the store.
