By 17.00 hours, a notification had just arrived that the delivery would be carried out approximately on another day. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. The most terrible service I've ever encountered. If anything, I keep you informed, if the carrier cannot deliver on the appointed day, the customer will be informed in advance.

My girlfriend wanted to buy a palette of shadows (and many other things), there was a "pile" of pallets in a chaotic state above the tester, naturally, after reaching the tester, one palette from this "pile" fell to the floor. We picked it up, put it in place and continued to search for the right shades, at this moment Roman comes up to us (as indicated on the badge) and informs us that he needs to look at the palette that we "dropped", peering into the light for scratches, he showed with all his appearance that he is the "God" of all shadows, but unfortunately he did not find anything. Naturally, we were not impressed by this reception, we do not want to go there anymore, much less touch this beautiful product that is scattered, and if anything, you will simply be provided with an invoice,.... and if the sellers scratched it?!:)).

I didn't like this store from the very opening. There is chaos on the shelves, the shelves are arranged incomprehensibly, there are no probes for the entire palette (one or two per ruler). There is an app and I've made purchases twice. The last time I had to pick up a foundation. I wanted to order delivery right away, it was profitable to place an order on Black Friday for 300 rubles, but I stopped paying before receiving the goods. After reading the reviews about the delivery, I changed my mind about ordering, so I went shopping at the store. I chose a couple of products and still wanted to look at the foundation, check the color, pick up the tone, see how the product oxidizes. So, in front of the rack I was interested in, there were 3 consultants of the girl, digging in the drawer. THREE! Apparently, creating the appearance of work and blocking the approach to all customers. They weren't interested in customers at all. It lasted 20-30 minutes. I didn't want to come here a second time. I had to carefully squeeze through the backs of the consultants and get what I needed. They didn't care at all, as if the customers would "buy" this stuff. The impression is naturally disgusting. After the in-app purchase, it was necessary to evaluate the work of consultants. But after the evaluation, the Golden Apple has been calling for the 2nd day and the call is reset. Are your employees there adequate at all? Or do I need to call you back? It's kind of a madhouse.

To which the girl, without even listening to me to the end, replied: "Well, these are only professional means." What are you saying?? To my answer that I did not expect to buy a pro segment product, the consultant rolled her eyes and went somewhere, leaving me to wait. After 7 minutes of waiting, the consultant finally condescended to me and recommended a single remedy at a more or less acceptable price for me (which, by the way, turned out not to be very good). Teach your consultants to understand not only jars for 200 + rubles, but also to help with the selection of more budget cosmetics. Then maybe your feedback will be better.
