Overall a good store, but!
For six months (and until today), there have been no perfume testers that I would like to purchase. They are expensive, so I don't really want to buy a pig in a poke.
I also recently went to buy a foundation, but there were no testers either. I don't want to open new ones and look at them by color either, and for obvious reasons I can't. It seems that the consultants take all the testers for themselves, after which the shelves become empty. It's great and convenient, but it's extremely difficult to choose perfumes and foundation without testers

The worst delivery in the world.
I'm serious. I can't get 2 express deliveries already, one employee checks on the phone to make sure everything is in place, and an employee from the warehouse calls back 10 minutes after payment and says that this product has been gone for a long time. Don't even hope for the work of employees in the chat, it makes more sense to call. However, they put it on hold for 15 minutes :) I am already silent that the employee does not report the delivery details, and about the refund of the amount for incomplete delivery in the form of a promo code
I worked in a call center, I understand that there are force majeure with delivery. But I've never been told so much false information in my life, like the Golden apple employees on the phone.
There are no questions for the consultants in the store, they help regularly. But nevertheless, just because of the number of discounts and bonuses online, I still want to order. (And the crowd in the store is just always huge) But as it turned out, delivery is more expensive for yourself.

I would like to leave a review about the negative experience with buying a gift card in the app. The card was issued, the time of delivery to the recipient was selected, the application received confirmation of successful order processing, an email with payment confirmation, order number and money withdrawal.
By the chosen time, the card did not arrive to the recipient, I contacted the call center to clarify the situation (it took about 10 minutes to communicate). I was informed that the order was placed, but the payment was not received from the bank, although the money was debited and the confirmation came. As a result, I was informed that the order needed to be canceled (they promised to arrange this themselves-I only needed to write to the chat with payment confirmation screenshots), receive a refund for the current order and issue a new gift card.
The second attempt was unsuccessful, the card did not arrive to the recipient again, the money was debited-confirmation of the debit from the bank was received again. Another call to the call center ended with a message from a specialist that they had a failure and payments were not coming, you need to wait. After about 5 hours, a letter arrives in the mail that the order was placed for TWO cards, although it was expected that the specialists would cancel the first one. Communication with support again, now via Whatsupp. I asked to cancel one card for the first order and keep the second one. The card was promised to be canceled, but 2 cards were displayed in the recipient's personal account for about two days. After another request to support, the card was once again promised to be canceled and the funds returned within 7-10 days. On the 11th day, no money was credited to the card and I contacted the chat support again. A girl called me back asking if I had managed to get money to the card for a refund, my answer was negative and as it turned out, 11 days ago, upon the return, I should have received a refund receipt by mail. No check was sent to me for the first time and they promised to duplicate it, and already with the check I was told to go to my bank and find out why the money was not refunded upon cancellation of the card. 2 days have passed and there is still no return receipt in the mail, when asked by support how long it takes to send a receipt, they replied that there is no deadline, but they will try as soon as possible. As a result, there is a huge amount of time spent, disappointment in working with clients and still no money to refund the card for almost 2 weeks.

And when it comes to delivery, if you are not at home at a convenient time for the Courier, then the order will not be delivered, they will also say that they are to blame.
I got a call half an hour before arrival, there was no one at home, but after warning the courier about it, he still arrived. And without my consent, he postponed the delivery to another day.
And the customer service does not affect the courier service and, on top of everything else, throws the tubes during a conversation. Just the wildest horror.
