Spectacular hotel, amazing courtesy and professionalism in customer service. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Yerevan (and I am a picky, well-traveled business customer).

The colorful hotel immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of Yerevan. The room category was raised in a compliment, for which special thanks. The breakfasts have everything you need and excellent coffee. We recommend visiting the Spa, especially after long excursions.
There are many delicious restaurants around.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Yerevan. We stay in it for the second time. All attractions are within walking distance, well-trained staff, service at the proper level. In my opinion, the range of dishes for breakfast could be more diverse. Otherwise, everything is fine

Everything is wonderful. Marie and Tigran from the reception saved my doctor when I came crying to them in the evening from another hotel. The room is excellent, the spa is excellent, the location is as convenient as possible to the museum, the exchanger, the wonderful cafe and the departure points of private travelers on excursions.

Nice small hotel in the city center.
The staff is friendly, speaks Russian well. Upon request, we booked tables in the requested restaurants. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is scratched in places, the floor too, but this does not spoil the impression. There are no porters. We lived on the 6th floor, windows on a pedestrian street, quiet and peaceful. The mattresses are comfortable. The cupboards are dusty. There is a safe. It's nice to have a kettle, a capsule coffee machine. Bottled water was updated daily.
The breakfasts are excellent. Lots of fruits, dried fruits, nuts and other local delicacies. Omelets are being prepared, I highly recommend the "Armenian" omelet.
The overall impression is good!

The hotel is super! It is located right in the center of Yerevan, there are various shops nearby, there is a comfortable bed in the room, several closets , in my case, meals were not included in the price

Good location, friendly staff. The bathrooms probably should have been renovated already,.... expensive-rich, but everything is old.
Check-in, according to the hotel policy from 15-00, however!!! Upon arrival at the hotel at 13:00 and availability of a free room (junior suite), the hotel offered a 50% surcharge for early check-in! Armenians! Where is your hospitality??? In most hotels in the world, as a rule, they go to a meeting!

Great food, friendly staff, not very expensive, in the center. Convenient, comfortable. The only disadvantage is that they carry food for a long time in the hotel restaurant (at the reception)

Great location. A 5-star stop. The staff is 5+. A wonderful sauna complex included in the price. Breakfast is a bit expensive and is not included in the price by default, but there are many good places to eat for every taste

Excellent hotel in the very center of Yerevan. The breakfast is sumptuous. The staff is responsive. We needed help with the organization of the wedding - everything we asked for was done, and even more! Now we are staying in Yerevan only here.

The hotel itself is in a good location, almost in the center. The staff is friendly. And everything else, after leaving the hotel, the bills were presented at the reception. Signatures from the spa salon were forged to the main accounts, instead of one procedure, four were signed, and so more than once, in the amount of 100,000 derkhan!!! 🤬. They didn 't want to figure it out , they said they needed time . When you see your fake signature, believe me, it is very disturbing. After that, I would not like to return to this hotel!!! . They fool around on the go, it's a shame. I ask the administration to look into what happened.

Terrible hotel, with terrible staff. Manager Suzanne allows herself to raise her voice at clients and says too much. It is better to overpay and go to any other hotel. We took 3 rooms, all 3 rooms are dirty, the shampoos are empty, the dry cleaner ruined the T-shirts.

A luxury hotel. Excellent staff. One disadvantage is the scarcity of breakfast. I'm just comparing it with hotels of the same class. Small selection, no freshly squeezed juice. Not enough hot stuff. In general, it is scarce. But it's delicious and therefore I don't lower the star. If you choose where to live, let's stop again

The water from the shower flowed all over the bathroom, due to the clumsy repairs in the shower itself. They responded to the request to resolve the issue the second time - they brought a bunch of towels to the floor. Very funny... Golden Palace…
