I cannot says anything about + or -, because i did not book this hotel myself. So, i did not have any expectations.
However, the hotel was a nice place to stay, although room was very small. But one must compare with similar properties in order to judge. I did not have such opportunity. Sorry.
One thing that kept making everybody confused is that elevators to even numbered floors and not even numbered floors were separate on two sides of all floors.
Overall, not bad place to stay.

A decent hotel. Clean, the rooms are small, but cozy. We had breakfast and dinner included. There is not much choice, but there is always something meat, vegetables, greens, we did not stay hungry.
