We were in winter for the new year 2020. The rooms are large, the furniture is old. The room has replenished tea, coffee and water (free of charge), the ticket price included a swimming pool complex, where there are 2 zones with massage fonts with different water: sea, brominated and others, a pool with a lazy river, an artificial wave, a pool with access to the street (very cool in winter), and three slides. The price also included breakfast and dinner, everything is decent, but not picky, you can always find something to taste. There is a fairly large area where you can walk, a sledge slalom for money is nearby, it is interesting to ride. You can also walk around the town itself, where there are cafes, shops, a supermarket, bread and butcher shops.

The hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. The staff copes with 5 points. The newest water park, four saunas for every taste with different flavors. Lots of pools-plenty of space for children. A variety of slides, jacuzzi, massages-everything for relaxation. Excellent varied cuisine. At 100/occupancy, there is practically no pandemonium anywhere in the hotel. 150 km from the border. You can go by car or by bus. I liked everything very much. I recommend it you will not regret it

Everything is cool - water park (including Jacuzzi and saunas), food, rooms. Poles are friendly. There are shops nearby in the town. We were in winter for the New Year holidays. Bowling - 15 PLN in 15 minutes. Billiards - 10 PLN for 25 minutes. Air hockey and other slot machines 2 and 5 zlotys. Sledge - 25 PLN for 6 trips. Beer in the bar 12, in the store about 3) The skating rink is free, rental is 10 PLN per hour.

A great, clean hotel in Poland. There is a water park and a spa area. There is a stable on the street and a descent from the slides on skis and buns. They hold themed holidays, are always fun, tasty,clean and give gifts to children.

I really liked my vacation in Mikolajki at the water park.The rooms are large and bright.Our room was 40 square meters.The room is clean.the bed linen and towels are snow-white.The balcony is 12 meters long, half is tiled and the other half is sown with lawn grass.buffet meals.It is not possible to try many different dishes.everything is very tasty.There are many Jacuzzis with various additives in the water park.coniferous trees.sea water.bromine and many others.the salt room.a large children's pool with warm water.4 slides.a pool with cool water.a swimming pool with sea waves is generally something to do.We were at Christmas.A wonderful festive dinner was arranged with candles on the tables All the children were given gifts.there are many different New Year decorations for a photo shoot with Santa Claus.We were delighted.Thank you for the excellent organization of the holiday.

I love Mikolajki, like all Golibevski hotels.an excellent hotel chain.there is one high level of service everywhere.it is very comfortable that everything is included, there is a water park, an ice rink, a disco.an excellent food system is a buffet with a huge variety of dishes.we were in Karpachy for the New year only, the same thing.

Good evening, dear sirs, I have been resting for many years in this hotel. This year, from March 06-08, I decided to arrange a vacation for myself. So far, I have enjoyed staying at this hotel, but this time the rest shocked me. 08.03.2020 came with my wife for breakfast and were shocked by the terrible look of the tables. All the tables were not cleaned, the staff was absent. But that's not all. When we checked out of the hotel, we went to the paid parking lot of the hotel where our car was parked and were shocked. Our car was stolen. When contacting the hotel staff, all they did was call the police. In the future, when asked for housing, due to the lack of money after a vacation, we were refused (Politely sent) Paid parking according to the rules of the hotel, is not responsible for your car. But at the entrance to the nightclub of the hotel, there are 6 big men, 2 meters tall and checks the cards of the hotel residents. We could have put 2 guys in the parking lot. Dear sirs, do not leave your expensive cars in the parking lot of the hotel.The hotel will not be responsible! We have concluded for ourselves that everyone smiles politely when you pay them. When you are in trouble, no one will help you. Everyone politely throws up their hands and tells you that this is your problem. I would also like to note that the rooms have not been renovated for a long time. This is very noticeable at the moment.

We haven't been there for a very long time, we started driving away, and then my husband made a wonderful gift for 4 days during the Christmas holidays! Such pleasant changes, the rooms have improved, just like a royal bed, no worse than the hotels of Carinthia. A wonderful varied menu in the restaurant, very very tasty. Wonderful transformations on the street, new (for us) beaches by the pools, a wonderful snow slide plus a roller coaster. There is a feeling of celebration for a long time!

I came as part of a tour group for my birthday! Do you know how a birthday boy feels when, while waiting for the keys to be received, you are suddenly assigned another number instead of a certain one, which the young lady with an extremely ill-mannered son did not like, but went through all the options??? gentlemen hoteliers, do I have a "gold card" of your hotel in between, and such a boorish attitude when your employee assigned me a room that another client did not like, after a cursory inspection?????? Am I a second-class person? Or if you start behaving rudely, then your employees start jumping up??? Thank you for the ruined birthday, I think your attitude towards vacationers will be rewarded very soon!!???I think you need to tell the truth about your employees and about the quality of the dishes in the buffet ..... from yesterday's salads and boiled eggs lying for days with a violation of the temperature regime. Soon you will get the bottom.
