We arrive in Gomel on one of our vacations ...
After the exchanger, we went to the hotel and asked to call a taxi (we always did this), but were refused with the motivation that only for customers. I went in a second time and referred to problems with the phone, but was also refused with a comment: "What difference does it make to me, only for applicants..."
She also said that you all walk around here and ask everyone to call a taxi every minute.
I left the hotel and told my wife, an ordinary guy heard me and helped us by calling his friend the taxi driver. While waiting for the taxi, not a single person entered the hotel, only the grandmother and granddaughter left.
Conclusion: this country will be ruined by managers, and I will not set foot in the hotel.

An ordinary, unremarkable hotel. The rooms are clean. But if you go out into the corridor and go down to the reception, the appearance of the building leaves much to be desired. The walls are shabby. But the hotel is located next to the train station, it is very convenient. PS : when I was in Gomel, there was no hot water in the hotel. Booked at the booking office. There was no notification of such an unpleasant surprise.
