My son and I were admitted to the department with recurrent obstructive bronchitis. We were given a complete list of necessary examinations and prescribed the required competent therapy. I would like to note that all the doctors in the department are highly qualified, as they were faced with them as on duty during holidays and weekends. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the otorhinolaryngological department, and the surgeon Polonskaya Inessa Olegovna for the help provided to my child! (January 2025). The doctor is sociable, polite, attentive, answers all questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised by the emergency room (planned and emergency separately). The otorhinolaryngology department is bright and cozy, the renovation is fresh, there is a playroom for children, there are refrigerators at the posts. There are surveillance cameras in the wards and throughout the department. There is only one bathroom per wing, and each room has a toilet and sink. The first and second courses in the dining room are delicious, the juice and coffee drink seem to be diluted with water. The ward is cleaned, quartered and ventilated twice a day, as soon as you go out into the corridor, the nurses wash something all the time. The staff's attitude towards patients is good. After observing from the side, I have never noticed rudeness from doctors towards patients. I am 100% satisfied with the attitude of the employees. Low bow to the doctors❤ Now about the big, fat disadvantage of the hospital itself, in my opinion! The hospital has a buffet, which is visited by patients of ALL departments, including infectious diseases! That is, the children who are hospitalized as planned, the staff, visit the same buffet and can bring any infection to a clean ward! Question: Why aren't the infectious diseases departments closed? I noticed that the sick buffet workers work without masks.
