Disgusting water quality, rusty, iron smell. Once upon a time, we were promised to connect to the city water supply, but it has been more than 3 years now, no connections, no pipe replacements (ag. Red) Complaints say that a water degreasing station has been installed, but the water quality has not changed, and the smell of earth has been added to the bargain. Well, not only is the water of disgusting quality and it adversely affects the skin and the human body, but also very often it simply does not exist, either hot, cold or neither. Also, the pressure of cold water is very small compared to hot water. The quality of this water causes plumbing elements to fail very quickly. In general, everyone knows about our problem and gomelvodokanal and even gomeloblsanepid, and who is still there!

This happens in the hourly sector on Kotovsky Street. Before the New Year , the heating Master from Gorgaz broke down and said that there was a blockage of pipes. There has never been anything like this before. And here is another gift for the old New year.I've been draining it for 15 minutes.The toilet became black water.black, the sink is black. I called the water utility, the emergency service is not aware.The lab says it's none of their business. Those.The department that everyone refers to does not pick up the phone. I signed up for a meter check in Gomel.I am in the River myself. The waiting time for employees was announced from 8:30 to 15.I asked you to call an hour in advance in order to get to Gomel in time. 08/25/2023 at 8:31 I got a call from a water utility employee that I had an hour to come.To my phrase that I will call you as soon as I arrive.I was told that no one would wait for me if I arrived later than an hour later (i.e. later than 9:30). Having quickly gathered three children, I left for Gomel.At 9:28, I called to let you know that I was there.The phone was not available.At 9:29, I managed to get through and hear: "Okay, wait."As a result, the workers arrived in 20 minutes!!!That is, I have to rush to make it in time and the water meters were replaced for me, but at the same time the workers themselves are not in a hurry to be punctual!!!
