They named a price of 170 rubles for the work. I spat, turned around, bought a glass sealant and glued it myself in half an hour. I wonder what kind of work they can do at all?) can I fix the broken plug on the headlight for a couple of hundred?)

I came to adjust the headlights after installing bi-ice in the garage, it did not work out due to incorrect installation of the module in one of the headlights, I paid 30p, the master said that the service was installing lenses, gluing film on the headlights, etc. I asked to make an appointment by calling the master receptionist (he was not in place at the time of adjustment) On 10/24/2023, I called the master receptionist, explained the situation

The impression was not the best, the service was opened to eliminate problems, and service is denied, except for an unpleasant feeling, consumer protection prohibits denial of service for no reason.
The master receptionist did not even see the front of the work, did not ask clarifying questions, was not satisfied with the service.
If I had known about the competence of such a receiver, even 30p would not have paid for the "incomplete adjustment" and would not have come in principle.

Great guys, great job!!! Thanks! The darkly dim, scratched headlights (which are about 18 years old) on the VW Passat B5 were restored to factory condition. Initially, we consulted on alternatives to restoring normal light in the car, clearly oriented prices, showed the results of previous work so that it would be easier for me to make a repair decision. The burnt-out reflectors were replaced, the headlights were washed from the inside, polished from the outside, and covered with a protective film. They're shining now, it's blinding my eyes! I highly recommend this service!
P.S. At my personal request, the director of the service personally went to the car market in Malinovka and purchased an original light bulb at a very favorable price from a seller I personally checked (he could not go himself due to employment). Respect!

They promised at the first call that they could do everything and had already repaired such headlights, in fact they could not do anything, the LED headlight. I had to buy a donor with a whole filling and just put it in my case. The price of the work done turned out to be adequate. But!!! at the first wash, it turned out that the headlight began to sweat, which had not happened before. I didn't even call them, I think it's hopeless. I think they can work with simple headlights, but I definitely won't go there anymore.

In mid-December, I left the BMW E34 headlights for full restoration (because the car is fully restored, I want to do everything as well as possible), it was immediately agreed that according to the results of the defect, a decision would be made on the expediency of their repair, it was announced from my side that I am ready for expenses and understand the complexity of this repair.
As a result, after the new year, I called them myself to find out how the process was going, in response I received information saying holidays, etc., etc., well, I told them I would wait well. A month later, I decided to stop by their place and as it turned out (which I was not surprised at), my headlights were lying on the floor under the table in a layer of dirt (they could at least make some racks), that is, no one even picked them up. But I was so praised by these "masters" that I wanted to bring them all my cars, of which I have 4 + motorcycles, it's good that I didn't hurry up and decided to start by checking them for aptitude, they flunked it on all counts.
Conclusion:
1) the price tag does not match the qualification;
2) there is no feedback from the client.
I advise you to avoid this organization.

Excellent masters of their craft, explained truthfully, showed and most importantly-did it. I respect such people. The problem arose when they themselves tried to replace the light bulb in the Renault Duster headlight, they did not pass those.inspection, and since the car was always serviced by official representatives of Renault (Lausange), we initially turned to them, they failed (shame!), turned to Gudauto-well done, explained our problem-fixed it. I would put 0 stars! I do not recommend it. I left the BMW e60 car for polishing the headlights, the sealing rubber band of the headlights was torn, it was poorly installed. The elastic band is not sold separately, I had to order a new original one from Germany. They did not go to the dialogue on eliminating shoals, they stopped picking up the phones on all phones.
