I was registered with Lyudmila today, 04.04.2025, at 16.00
She cut her hair badly, couldn't fix it.
I turned to my colleagues and the administration and asked them to resolve the issue. They didn't help, all through excuses. He wrote an appeal in a book proposal, demanding financial compensation.
He clarified before leaving whether the issue would be resolved. The answer was a firm NO!
Later, the administrator called me and tried to shift the responsibility of their work onto me!
The result: a ruined haircut for two weeks, a bad mood and a waste of time that had to cancel evening plans!
