But when I arrived, they started scolding me from the doorway about how bad my hair was. I just came for a haircut. I won't come here anymore. I will continue to look for a place where they will cut hair simply and quickly without unnecessary words. When more than an hour had passed, it turned out that 2 masters on complex coloring, 1 takes men first, and 1 master remains - a young girl who smoothes the tips - 30min! As a result, I waited 1h40min (it was a pity to leave after spending so much time). The haircut took about an hour (it is 2 times longer than usual). What's the good of all this? Probably a low cost, but it comes with the same quality of service.
I do not understand why it was necessary to deceive, initially speaking about 4 masters, why this live queue at all, if it is faster to die from waiting than to get a haircut

I visited this barbershop for about six months. There are no questions about the haircut, the masters are excellent and polite. But there are questions about the organization of an appointment for a haircut.
When making an appointment, at least for a man's haircut, they do not take a phone number. And, it would seem, it doesn't matter. But today there was a force majeure, and the male master was busy in the women's hall. Accordingly, I was not warned about this. They asked me to wait 15-20 minutes - I waited 30. When asked how much longer to wait, I heard the answer - another 20 minutes. Has left. Whether the subsequent wait would have taken 20 minutes or an hour, I no longer know.
Force majeure can be always and everywhere. No one is immune from this, but it is correct and good practice to warn customers about them, and for this you need to take phone numbers. Perhaps someone has plans and he has exactly this 30-minute window for a haircut. By the way, the other guy who was on the record after me was asked to come in an hour.
In general, it's annoying, it's a shame. Despite the satisfaction with the haircut and the craftsmen, I will look for something else, because the sediment is unpleasant.

The story is about how I conducted an experiment for my money and was dissatisfied.
Anyway, my manicure master left town, I needed to remove the coating and get a new manicure. I decided to enroll in the city of beauty on Makayenka, 3. Near the house + online registration. Previously, I went to hairdressers on Uralskaya and Dzerzhinsky, I was always satisfied and decided that the manicure masters would not let me down. But... my mood deteriorated from the very threshold. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointed time, the not very friendly receptionist announced to me that the payment was only in cash. To my logical question: why wasn't I warned in advance, she informed me that she called yesterday and I didn't pick up the phone. Indeed, there was a call, 1 pc. I couldn't pick it up, I forgot to call back. Of course, everything is fine, but I was not booked for the morning and I could have called that day to warn. In the end, it was possible to write an SMS, write an e-mail to which I was confirmed the reservation, but apparently the service is not aimed at the client, but it's a pity. I decided that I would not spoil my mood, went to the subway, sowed the money and returned.
Well, let's move on to Master Elena, it seems (short black and red haircut).
Firstly, she is very sharp, impudent, always dissatisfied with something, boorish. Okay, I think, a man has a hard day, probably. I won't pay any attention. But I was scolded for not knowing what kind of coating I had: gel or gel polish. They say she is allergic to gel, and in general she may die. OK, I have a question: why work with nails and such material that you can die from? This, in my opinion, is a logical question I asked her. To which I was told: what about working as a doctor for 3 kopecks. Well, everything became clear to me. After all, I work in medicine myself and realized that we don't need such people.
The result of the manicure: it was done sooooo fast! In just an hour! That's cool.
But the gel polish itself was not well applied, there were gaps from the beginning of the nail, as if the varnish had already grown out, the shape of the nails was uneven, plus cuts were clearly made (I said it hurt when removing the coating). I considered all this when I came out. Plus, when ordering the service on the website, I asked for alignment and strengthening of the nail plate, which was not done. Question: why do you need such a record with the choice of a service if you don't care about it? Thank you at least for asking what color we do))) I could have said it myself, but after I was scolded for not knowing the material in my hands: I decided that I just wanted to get out of here faster. I didn't want to write anything, or make scandals, I just decided for myself that I wouldn't set foot here anymore. But when I got home, I thought I needed to share my experience.
I strongly do not recommend it. Definitely 2 stars.
I will continue to go to Dzerzhinsky and Uralskaya, where the administrators are more friendly and the service is somehow for people.
