On 31.01.2025 I had a hygienic manicure. Master Oksana.
It probably couldn't be worse than this. The processing quality is very mediocre. The master is sharp and boorish. And the scariest thing!!! when processing the cuticle with a milling cutter, the nail plates on almost all nails were damaged!!! (the nails were uncoated, there was no need to remove anything) The plate is combed almost to the skin, the nails hurt, even holding the pen is uncomfortable.

I came with my adult son to get a haircut. I asked the receptionist if I could get a haircut and said wait. We sat and waited, my son got a haircut, and we're still sitting. I decided to find out how long to wait. To which the receptionist replied that there was NO female master. She thought I had come to cut my son's hair, even though I was asking about myself! Actually, there were no apologies, time was lost, and the mood was spoiled.
