For the 2nd time I am lying in the 4th pediatric department of this hospital and I wanted to leave a review (remark: this is the first time I am writing a review about a state institution). Positive: • competent and very polite staff Despite being busy and busy with work, none of the staff of the department woke up the child, which surprised me very pleasantly The doctors answer my questions about the child in clear language and put everything on the shelves. None of the doctors allows themselves to be rude to mothers and do not respond arrogantly (I will not give a comparison, because it will take a long time to write and there are nuances everywhere, but I will let you know that this implies a plus sign) • young staff • cleanliness Be sure to wipe the floor 2 times a day and once a day all other surfaces. Bed linen is changed once a week (bed linen for mother and child + 2 diapers) The post has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, clean water, cabinets for extra things and a sofa where you can sit and chat with other moms. • there are two sockets near the beds. Charging your phone/tablet is not a problem. • Large chambers • Food. This is the most delicious hospital food I've ever eaten. It happens, of course, that there is no salt in soups at all, but even some cutlets with vegetables compensate for this (very tasty). A nursing mother is given kefir and jars of baby purees once a day, and also puree for children, if they are on complementary foods. The disadvantages could be attributed to the fact that there is one toilet and a shower cabin for patients for the entire department, but given the fact that I have only encountered exactly 2 times during my stay here that is occupied in the toilet - my hand will not rise to attribute this to the cons. Actually about the cons: • stuffiness in the wards Maybe it will be fine in the non-heating season, but it's hot now. My little one is used to constant airing at home and plus at home he is always in one diaper, so here we also escape from the heat. In general, you could write kind words about every employee here, but it will take too long and my baby will wake up soon. But I also note that everyone here is beautiful, starting with the head of the department Chalkina (Moskalenko) Kristina A., finishing with students at the post)))

The best ENT doctor is Svetlana Alexandrovna Martynova Medvedskaya! And this is the truth! A man with a soft voice, golden hands, and a kind heart! Once we got to her for treatment in the department, my child and I are now treated only by this doctor! Competent appointments, necessary recommendations, a gentle and tactful examination of the child - and your child successfully recovers without hospitalization, without wandering to doctors for months, does not drink a mountain of antibiotics and then does not get to the hospital! Twice in 2021, I lay here with a baby (at 1 month and at 8 months). Two different departments, but both have excellent specialists, excellent staff, but they like to be treated with antibiotics right away... which is an undoubted disadvantage. Also, with the eldest child (17 years old), we periodically visit an ENT doctor, consultations, and treatment. Everything is OK. Thank you! P.S.!!! Doctors would also need normal medicines and reagents for tests, otherwise they have to be treated according to symptoms...

The worst hospital you can find. Neurology Department - doctors prescribe diclofenac to children, which is prohibited until the age of 18. They shove phenibut in all of them, they absolutely do not treat it. In order to do something about your pain, you need to see a doctor 6 times a night. And then they will tell you, "you have to deal with this pain yourself." The game room is opened every other time, half of the doctors are constantly on vacation. They don't even know how to give injections. They get into the vein about 5 times. The staff is rude to the children lying in this hospital. They can afford to throw away a child's thing.
